Good location in JLT with a bus stand nearby. Staff and building employees are very helpful and polite. I havent had any disrepencies in last few months. Clean and well maintained all over.

We are extremely happy with our decision to rent our office from OBC. Very helpful and accurate people, well managed and outstandingly friendly personnel.Pricing is definitely fair and the extras are nice (how relaxing to end a work day or a break with a game of snooker :-)).The location is excellent, close to DMCC metro, many restaurants are close-by (three actually in the building). All in all exactly what we had been looking for.

These co-working spaces are really something special. I travel a lot for business and run my company from multiple locations. The staff were great, rooms are stunning and the whole place is designed really well. We ended up working from here more than planned just because we liked it. Definitely recommended.

I have started my UAE business from One Business Centre in 2017. Its been 3 years. One JLT building is centrally located and thus very convenient for meetings. Proximity to DMCC is a big plus. Business centre itself is aesthetically very appealing which is essential to avoid monotony at work. Wonderful and spaceous work space with good packages and conference rooms. The location is very good with beautiful view. The lounge area is very nice along with a coffee shop and other facilities like reliable internet. The staff is very friendly and always there to help if you need anything. The coworking place helped me separate my personal life from my work life making it easier to focus when its time to work and easier to disconnect when its time to relax.The companys space gave me a chance that anyone i meet has at least somewhat similar interests and directions in their life which is a good icebreaker and a good way that has helped me form new friendships as part of the coworking communityThe companys coworking space gave me an address to give to my clients and a place to meet with them that isnt my home address.The place exposed me to alot of different businesses, industries and inches. The office buildings are more isolated but the coworking space opened up the doors to meet and chat with alot of different people.In general the companys coworking space allowed me focus entirely on my business itself and less on running an Office building.

A nice co-working space, which is probably more designed to rent a space over the long term.We paid the equivalent of around € 77 for 2 day tickets, which means almost € 40 per person.There is water and coffee included. For printing, however, you have to pay extra.The atmosphere is good and the staff are very friendly.The scanner is easy to use and sends the files directly via email.A few floors below is the Nook co-working space. This is cheaper and seems to me to be designed for short-term guests.
