You always know if a mall has a Lush store before you see it, it just makes the place smell amazing.. the experience we had in the store was just as wonderful!Ahmed took the time to help us understand the vast array of natural products that seemed to come in all the colours of the visible spectrum; clearly passionate about his products..More than the great customer service, I’m really happy to support a brand that supports social activism.. very bold move with the #spycops campaign, regardless of whether you believe this was executed well or not, we need businesses to care about people in general.

There are very few things Dubai, and the UAE in general, CANNOT be proud of and Customer Service definitely tops that list! But the service levels, the friendliness of the staff and their ability educate their customers and give them just the right product/gift theyre looking for, is definitely a breath of fresh air!Would like to give a MASSIVE shout out to Waleed and Oreva in particular from the Ibn Batuta outlet for the fabulous service they gave me during my 2 recent visits. The service, coupled with the quality of products, have definitely made me a massive fan of this brand!Bravo on a brilliant job and keep up the good work!

I like Mush’s products because their products have nice scents and there are variety of products that suit different tastes and skins. Whether your skin is oily or dry you are going to find a products that suits your skin type. Also they offer shampoos for variety of hair types. You can buy gift boxes from them and give it to your loved ones 👏🏻 pretty good quality

I love this shop just for its smell! All products are environmentally friendly and none were tested on animals. It’s more like a kiosk than an actual shop. Really tiny but just the same fun. The price range is a bit on the expensive side. Try the paraben/sulfate free shampoos and the coffee face and body scrub.

It was the first time i buy any products from Lush MOE, the salesman is very professional very friendly and knowledgeable, I described to him that i have a very oily hair and advised Big Lush Shampoo and R&B leave in cream that I used and my hair is so clean and healthy, definitely i am going back to discover other products :)
