I like Kiko cosmetics so much especially the worker Shams she is the best she helped me a lot for choosing my makeup also I liked the new collection of the lipstick especially the one with flower scent

One of the best shops to shop for cosmetics made in Italy and at very reasonable price and excellent quality. Specially love their eye pencils and eyeshadows . The staff is very helpful and polite and checkout at the counter is hassle free and smooth . I love this shop 😍

I visited Kiko today and have to admit that I had a very good experience. Upon entering I was greeted by a lovely lady then offered assistance by another. After browsing for a while I asked a young lady who was available at that time to help me choose some make up and she was just fantastic, very friendly and professional. Thank you Kiko, your store has a good vibe.

I’m a fan of Kiko products, but had the absolute worst experience with their staff. A little while back I purchased a setting powder, when I got home to open the box, I discovered that the pot was completely empty. I assumed it was a mistake, maybe I was given one of their testers. I returned the next day to show them what had happened and asked if they could give me another pot. Instead of listening to me they implied I was lying and that they could not make a mistake. I was shocked by their rudeness and decided to reach out to their customer service, who said someone would contact me, no one ever did. I actually use to buy plenty of products from this branch but haven’t returned since and probably won’t again.

Just visited kiko MOL and purchased few items too but regretfully the staff are very arrogant and not customer friendly compare to the other beauty shops. Hope they will change their attitude in 2021.

As a customer of Kiko Al barsha mall of emirates I was totally surprised by the attitude and attention of the staff/sales lady name Aisha.In spite of the fact that shop was totally empty there were no customers at all and in this tough times she didnt even eager to sell or show me properly the product which I want on top of it her behavior was not up to standards as if she was jut waiting for me go ASAP.

I went to kiko mall of the emirates and they win worst costumer service award for sure.Other than the fact that I helped my self to what I came in to get .. I couldn’t find a person to check me outI ask person #1 she says okay and leaves so i proceed to person #2 and she hands me over to person #3 who went to help someone else , then finally person #4 checks me out .. just before i was ready to leave the store .Horrible costumer service unfriendly staff very incompetent.Never going back

Employees are beyond Rude and will kick you out for an invalid reason and have no respect for any young customers , kiko cosmetics is amazing however the service tells us that we have to come here only to buy when there is testers available . When we discuss the problem we perfectly heard them , and when we wanted to say what we had to say, they didnt consider our words and their reply to what we said was: okay, are you done yet? We may be younger, and to them this means we cant use their products, which isnt their choice, its our parents, but at least we have manners to not only listen to what they said and talk back in a polite fashion, we also cleaned their brushes and made sure we didnt make a mess. We are very unsatisfied with this service!

The employees it’s clear to me they don’t want to serve me because I am arabic !!!I try to find by my self what I want !!And all of them they stay in side trying to be busy!!!!I like this brand and all cosmetics it’s amazing .

I had a wonderful experience in this store, and I would like to say a Special Thank You to Olga!She really made my day with her warm and friendly personality.I am not good with applying make up plus I have some ekczema on my face which makes me feel less confident. With her help I learnt how to apply make up, she helped me to choose the right colors for my skin and all these with patiently, with a sweet geniune smile on her face. She is very knowledgable and has excellent make up artist skills.I went in for an eyebrow pencil and a concealer and left with a full set of make up because now I know how to use them:)She made me feel so much better, I will never forget her kindness!Thank You Olga💕❤

I would have given it 5 stars but the service sucks. I was waiting for someone to check me out for like 5 minutes, and then when the sales clerk realizes I only have 500dhs on hand with no change, she starts acting rude i.e. She was acting puffy, she threw the money bill in the cash register (like literally slammed it in), shoved the cash register closed loudly and aggressively, and gave me 20 five dirham bills for change when there was obviously other bills in the cash register.

I love Kiko cosmetics. Very upset with the quality of service at the Mall of the Emirates. The consultants ignore or be rude if I come in normal clothes. If I come dressed up, they come up and start offering something. I find it unacceptable for clients to choose their clothes. I stopped visiting this branch. I go to kiko for the Springs souk.

Kiko store in the Emirates Mall is wonderful and has a variety of goods, but the writing device on the make-up has been broken for how many days and has not been repaired.
