As a perfume collector, I spend a good portion of my day researching the internet for good deals. I have also a good eye for spotting fake perfumes and deals that are too good to be true. It is quite unlikely that a proper listed business in Dubai would advertise themselves and remain in business by selling fake products (As it is quite illegal and the consequences are harsh), hence be assured that French Fragrance are selling genuine products.I have dealt with French Fragrance and was quite impressed with the level of service, I have had the chance to deal with them online and spoke to the owner over the phone, he was indeed very helpful and attentive - the order came in the next day, carefully packaged and spotless to say the least - their prices are quite competitive (not the cheapest) and they are a proper legit business - I look forward to visiting the store in person as I would certainly do more business with them. I have been to the shop, very nice and well stocked. They don’t have much details or experience in selling perfumes especially Niche perfumes. So, you have to go there prepared for what you need.I noticed some packaging is excellent such as xerjoff or Clive Christian while other looks like fake packaging such as Acqua Di Parma.Due to the low quality packaging for some of the perfumes, I cannot honestly be sure if these are fake or originals. However, for the price tag, I would purchase from them. Make sure you confirm the price with website, one of the representatives give higher price (50AED more for one perfume and gave me tester for the price of the retail version). However, it was unintentional mistake but again you have to check the prices carefully.

❌❌International Customers Beware ❌❌The customer service is the worst, they have rude customer service team and they dont offer returns internationally.I ordered a tester bottle with then and today when I receive it, it was used 10%. Now when I raised a complaint with them they refused to assist and told me that probably someone in the customs must have used it and its not their fault and asked me to talk to customs regarding this.This is the worst ways to handle customers, I have been very loyal with them and the way they treated me today made it very clear that if the risk of having a wrong item or used or broken item is customers totally and they will refuse to assist.I suggest you try to find a different website for perfumes because this website cannot be trusted specially when it comes to assisting customers.NOTE: Regarding the reply below, they are telling lies. This was a used perfume and they send me used perfume. Now they simply blame on the customs. This is what I am talking about, they simply dont accept their mistake and try to retain customer, they simply blame on a third party as they know tht the customer will not be able to do anything with the customs. 0 star deserved. Just visited them today and bought a Lacoste Essential 125ml which is listed in their own website for AED 76.61 including free delivery. Yet they tell me its AED 80, and it was out of stock so the guy left and bought 3 pieces from another shop and he denied the free delivery service! The customer treatment and friendliness was horrible, everybody was busy organizing, putting perfumes in the shelves, talking over the phones and didnt give a damn about the customer. Also they said they do not accept any return even if the box is sealed! The shop itself looks too shady and I doubt if they sell original stuff at these prices. Ratans in Meena bazar is a much better alternative and offers even lower prices, so STAY AWAY from this place.

Hello good, I will comment on my disastrous experience with this page: I got in touch with them since they had some niche perfumes at a very good price since they were manufactured in their country, due to the situation with it covid told me that they did not send to Spain and that when they sent they would let me know. They contacted me and told me that they already shipped but when I went to place an order I could not select Spain as the shipping country and they told me that they would place the order manually and that there would be no problem. They were two niche perfumes that cost 260 euros, both with shipping costs and I accept that it was a good price. The order was sent and I followed up with the FEDEX company and for a long time I said that the order was in Spain but it did not arrive so I called FedEx and it turns out that the Spanish Customs had withheld my package and did not let it pass to the not from EU, so fedex sent it back to store. I talked to them that they had sworn to me that there was no problem and now I not only had to pay the shipping costs but the return costs so they only returned 66 euros, keeping the rest for shipping. I reiterate that I consult the page several times and send them to Spain and their response was that without a problem and almost two months later I find myself without perfumes and with almost 200 euros less. Little thieves and they think they are luxurious, scammers is what they are !!!! I will never buy again and I hope this does not happen to anyone else.Good morning, your answer is a lie,don´t fool the people, before placing the order I asked you if you could send to Spain despite the fact that by placing the order online it did not let me choose Spain as the destination country, to which you answered affirmatively, and you are Together with the transport company those who should know where the shipments are made. I did order Maurer & Wirtz 4711 Original - Eau De Cologne, 800 ml and Maurer & Wirtz 4711 Original, 100 gm Soap.I still love using 1411 Cologne but nothing great about the soap, its just like any other soap.It was my first try with French Fragrance.
