I had the great pleasure to be involved in the most INTERACTIVE interview I ever had in my entire experience. Everything happened in not more than 2 weeks and from the first screening interview with the HR I understood that this is a place where I would wish to work for a lifetime.First Round: Interview with their amazing HR Manager: very interactive, very dynamic and pleasant. The interview was straight to the point and highlighted who is the company and what they are looking for, questions about my experience, life path and surprisingly about my career expectations (not too many are asking this question).Second Round: Interview with the Strategic Director (position was for Market Strategist). Like the first round: energetic, interactive and very technical. My interviewer was practically digging in my knowledge to the level that made me understand the how big is the devotion in finding the right candidate.Third Round: Interview with the CEO. This one blew my mind. On a very honest note, I didn’t feel that I have a CEO of a large group in front of me. It was like I am talking over a tea with an old friend I didn’t see since long time. Usual and unusual questions, mostly about my career decisions, my professional growth and the challenges and opportunities I met in all this time.This experience reminded me about my American experience and the easy-going way of being interviewed made me love their professional environment before having the chance to get an actual job in their organization.I highly recommend them!

Not experienced regarding interviews. Read the story!Base Line:I was invited for an interview. No details were given to me in advance about position and interviewer (Attendance). Next day morning was the interview in their office. 2 seconds before I entered the meeting room, Ive been told from the reception lady it will be a group interview Weve been 6 people in the room waiting for NO IDEA who will be interviewing and NO IDEA for which position. 2 person suddenly came inside, said their forenames Mrs. H. and Mr. S.They havent mention any further information. They took a chair and asked us to sequentially introduce ourselves within 2 minutes. While they almost havent try even to have an eye contact to us, as they were looking at our CVs all the time, as if they would see it for the first time. Well, some of us did hold the time other exceeded enormously. Afterward, they asked about if we know something about the company. One Applicant started to talk about when it was established and what is the company mainly doing. Then they finally mentioned the position title Senior Management International Venture, nothing more.. One applicant reacted even oh waw international. Afterward, they asked a question! 19 Items will be fast verbally listed, we as a group have to imagine, we would go to the desert and need within 5 minutes to choose which 10 items of the listed 19 we will take and each applicant shall explain why? They have mentioned by the way just 14 Items! They left the room and came back after 5 minutes (How here you can see the interaction of the group? as you left the room).Well, I have mentioned the 10 Items, but couldnt mention why, as we have been interrupted, time is over. 4 applicants from 6 have to leave and will be informed if they are shortlisted for a second interview. The other 2 have to stay for a second test! The strongest 4 left, in my opinion. The weakest 2 actually remained. We left and I still dont know, much about company and positions field and who actually are the interviewer! We all did wait if they would ask, if one of us has a question!!! This never came.A Couple of days later we have received an email, a pretty automated rejection with no individualization with a thank you for our time and the shared valued discussion within the interview! What a horrible experience. I never felt such low classed, I never had such an experience of Incompetency. Ive tried to speak to them by phone, no one did want to speak, and thanks to reception, I could finally find out, the interviewers position. But they have had no time and they will call back, but of course no one did call back and no one take the situation serious.If you are welling to hire senior Management, then you have to learn how to do it. I was by myself leading and hiring people. Ive been awarded for this. We have learned to be professional, to be human, and to consider efficiency and quality as main factors for an interview, beside the respect when facing people, and when taking their time! Unfortunately you didnt show anything of that. We felt, that you are looking for someone who can all the time follow and wouldnt be a risk for your own potions in future.Please respect the time of people, their knowledge and try to show more quality. Bear in mind, there is privacy law, there is rules and regulations locally and internationally, that you have to respect and to act accordingly!
