I went to the assignment center as a Graduate Consultant there were about 13 to 15 other applicants, the assignment center was what you would expect from EY..... introduce yourself, face to face interview, writing test, presentations...etc.I got a call from the HR saying that I was selected for the graduate consultant program and I was very excited the HR lady told me that they will start processing my documents and everything is on track! at that time I had 2 job offers on the table but I wanted to work for EY! so I decided to apologize and drop them!After 2 days from receiving the call from EY HR, the lady told me that they can no longer consider me for the program as it is for Emiratis only!This is totally unfair! NON of the applicants on that day were Emiratis! It was one of the most disappointing experiences in my life! In the future, I will do everything I can to avoid EY!
