Worst service in the UAE, we are here in the apartment for 3 days without AC during this peak summer time. No response from them. Every time they tell it is Under process. How many days they required to give a new connection!!! only god knows.....Pathetic service

Unbelievable!The slowest service Ive experienced.1 staff member, 8 waiting customers.Customers had to start to leave as it looked like a 2-3 hour wait.I do begrudge paying for service like this.The slogans on their wall are clearly typical corporate nonsense and not something they try to work towards...Care; Service....I have an idea, spend money on more staff and less on management nonsense.

I Suggest the Management to rename their BUSINESS to EMICHEAT or EMIHEAT.. The most terrible utility in UAE! Expensive, not cooperative, Bad and negative attitude customer services. One of the worst utility services i have seen till now. They never solve your issue, they only know two words: Come tomorrow i am here already third time and until now i cannot get my air conditioning connected. When you start to get demanding staff will start to discuss about you and laugh at you. What kind of customer service is this??? So unprofessional

I went their for my emi cool connection. I was kind of worried based in the reviews and kind of feed back posted.My experience there was simply outstanding coudnt expect anything better . I had a employee called clement who was super quick and super humble and very helpful just finished the whole process of connection within 5 minutes. Wow

The worst company ever, like I have to live without AC in hot Dubai for almost 2 weeks, just because it is the minimum time it takes from them to connect.Phone number never answers, email answer takes days.I am going just move from Sports City just because of the emicool.The worst.

One of the worst offices to be in to waste your day. Its an AC connection. The visa process , DEWA , tenancy contract , ejari and even banking is much faster than an emicool connection.Their Moto says its a life changing experience and we care. And yes its indeed a life changing experience and they definitely dont care of their customers or else their timings and work days wouldnt be so not customer oriented. As if emicool is the only thing happening in everyones life. If their is an option to opt out of emicool thats the best way forward.

Worst service seriously dont take apartments in that building where chiller services provide by emicool.Worst maintenance team and specially emitech help line customers service.They even dont know how to talk with customers.And they take the money from land load to fix owe Ac motor and now they told as that we dont have and we dont tell you the availability of that motor and we are without ac for last 10 days very very very poor experience.

Apparently they disconnected our AC due to pending payment. Thats ok and I understood. But I didnt receive any notification. Well, yes they sent but to the email and mobile that we are not using Why cant you guys simply drop the notification letter since you see there is no response? So you did the job only for the sick of doing it? Doesnt matter either it reached to us or not? Now you ask me to pay disconnection and reconnection? I totally not agree on this at all! I hope this message can reach to the higher management and I need a solution pls.

Horrible and irresponsible customer service. Ridiculous meter reading and monthly charges.. too much charging with out explaining the detailed bill.. Peoples are vacating the flats only by the reason of Emicool not because of the rent. Worst service..

You need to change the company name from emicool to thief cool , You disconnected the service from my home end of January because i late for the bill 3 days,I didn’t say anything,and you ask me for 420 AED for disconnecting and reconnecting and I didn’t say anything,but you will charge me 650 AED for February, this is too much thief cool , I swear i will cancel the contract and i will buy 3 units and i will connecting with dewa

Lots of papers needed, very slow moving, charging like crazy and not explaining the bills. Is a real mess. Strongly suggest to aviloid Emicool as much as possible. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Worst procedures of emicool.They want us to come back many times to done something.They Focussed only on money and zero customer service or customer happiness.

Made a complain in Emicool since morning that chillers are not working in the whole factory. After several follow up, we were been told the team will come at 4 to check. The whole day has passed and no one is here yet to visit. The factory cannot run without chiller and the hole day has been wasted because of their negligence. Customer service should be a call away for businesses and clearly shows they don’t care about it at all.

We decided to move out of sports city within 3 months because of absurd Emicool bill. I feel like this country is not for Expats! Expats are treated as money generating machine for this country. My monthly house rent is ~5k, and Emicool bill is ~ 1K

Good customer service in service center, but not online

It’s been more than 24 hrs I have raised a complaint on the call center regarding the ac not cooling .As per serveu there is a problem with emicool walve which needs to be rectified first before they can fix the ac unit inside .I have called numerous times to the call centre and they say we will try but cannot tell the time by when it will be fixed . Have been to their office in motor city twice within today but there has not been any positive response from their end .Their service standard is pathetic . The only thing they are good at is to say we have forwarded the complaint to the technical team and they are busy with something else and will check once they have time .Same text book reply all the time . It’s almost 46degrees outside and there is no ac in the appt . Still they have not sent anybody to check and rectify the issue

As I read the reviews, Did not feel comfortable at all but hoped that people might be exaggerating, or I might have better chance.Unfortunately, People are right.Their service are horrible, they will ask you to come back many times for no good reason.

The worst AC cooling service in the UAE. My advise is not to rent or buy property that is receiving cooling (A/C) from Emicool, you will have many sweaty nights with no compensation, only get apologies. Management not very friendly people.

They sent me an email that the unit will be disconnected due to non payment on the 30th of month and then disconnected it on the 15th and now charging me AED 400 for reconnection!!! Why mislead me and give me false deadline? To make money?Every time Im in their office, there is someone fighting with them for some reason.

Horrible and frustrating customer service,slow and almost no response time,no cooling in summer months, Does not rectify problems, big concrete pebbles and garbage and sand come through main chilled water lines no strainer in main line to protect houses,their only solution is flushing water which increases customer Bills and recitifys problem for max of 2 days

You guys have the worst website and application ever.. better than just disconnect the service when ever we are late for the outstanding balance just fix your website so we can pay on time!! With all my respect, you guys have the worst service. Keep going 👎🏻You just know how to rob people by disconnecting and reconnecting fees! 200 for disconnecting and 200 for connecting again!! And one more thing!!!! It takes for ever to reconnect the AC!!
