Fuel kept on dripping out while filling and this fellow didn’t even noticed it and other operators from other side had to inform him, even there wasn’t any rush during that time, not the 1st time I face such issue, don’t know is this the issue with the poor service being provided or the issue with the devices being used to fill the fuel if so please ENOC team do something, fuel price keeps on going up every month.

ENOC petrol station while you drive toward Jebel Ali. Has zoom supermarket and burger king. Also PrWash carwash and Super Lube.

Very poor service. I have never seen such a slow service for refuelling.

Staff are polite, but due to COVID19, Card payments are not untouchable and the payment VISA machines are not wireless!. And either I have to get out the car to pay by my VISA card, or the worker has to take my card to insert it in the machine.Come On!. We deserve better I believe!. Bring wireless machines. Please!This is in most Enoc stations if not all.

I am not sure about other services but staff at oil lube is experienced and they check the 20 points in detail. First good experience at ENOC. Kudos

Located in khail mall towards abudhabi and jabal ali. Visite it regularly. Too much crowd in most of times. Better time after 10 pm or in fridays.Has burger king with general supermarket has nice car wash both automatically and manual. Good choice to rest your self and car there

The chicken is cold. I order around 12 times but last 3 times the food was not as expected and I order through Zomato and special instruction. Given to make the chicken fresh but received not warm even . disappointed

Shift change took for ever.. we waited for 20 minutes and then they refused to fuel our car because the shift change is not finished yet!

Always busy if you want to refuel !!& they should take advantage of the sandy area on the side..at least for extra parking (They request from RTA)

FOR CARD USERS. Try to avoid all in all of petrol pump and zoom outlets as they have some technical problem and or not accepting card payment

The slowest fueling service in Dubai. Avoid if you can.
