We had a project with HEC (Hadeed Abu Dhabi Air Base Project) around 2018 - 2019 where they bought our products. We received Post dated cheques from them as payments for the materials/products sent to their site. We have deposited these cheques considering that everything is okay. However, all 5 cheques have bounced and we communicated it with them a lot of times. We even paid various visits before pandemic just to sort their payments out, but everytime we do, their office is close. For the last time, we again visited their Head Office, unfortunately, its now closed and various posts are seen on their office door from certain government entities. As of right now, we do not know where to get our money, so we headed to obtain Police Report for the matter. We found out that their office and licensed was blocked back in September 2020. Communicating with them for the bounced cheques was terrible! We received nothing but bounced cheques and that was really a loss for us not being able to receive their payment. It is even more frustrating that whenever we see HECs replies to the negative reviews, they always tell them that their legal team will take actions, if we get the same response, please know that we are open and welcome to discuss legal actions from your legal team.
