Hr.dept very dirty dept.in this company. they segregated the staff who is working in head office and staff working in Site. they giving holidays to only head office not to site staff.now they going to stop the alternate Saturday off for site staff but head office staff no plan to stop.here you can see the painful partialityif you have hold or reference in Head Off.you will get every thing on time like any NOC, Salary increment, better project, leave, annual leave before due time.the company policies and strategies only for the helpless staff , but not to referred one .

Lol..haha.. this year they didnt give meeladu nabi holiday to site give leave only to head office staff, this year head office staff 5 day leave for national day e.i.fri-sat-sun-mon-tue but site only 4 day.....now you undertand they treating head office staff was born from the first and lovely wife..but site staff born from kitchen servant ....
