I have worked in this company and given my 100% but the MD (Mr.Tahir Razavi) started delaying the salary without any reason. I had to resign. When I resigned he refused to accept my resignation , i had to make excuses so that I can take my settlement and go. He asked me to sign the visa cancellation and promised me that he will give me my AED 20000 but he started ignoring my calls. Then he started blackmailing me and refuse to give me my hard earned money. I had to no choice rather than filing case against him and presently i am fighting the case.If any of you are willing to join this company then you are going to face lots of issues. Because of the following reasons.1- He will never pay your salary on time.2- He will make false promises (As said by other people in comment also)3- He will deduct your salary without any reason (also, he will keep finding reasons to deduct your salary with lame excuses).4- Not good company for subcontractors because he never pays on time and may delay your payment for years, and when you get tired of following for your own money he will start negotiating to pay 10-15% against your outstanding amount and will force you yo sign on full amount!5-takes money from client but wont pay your salary. Even clients are suffering because they are delaying most of the project.6- On resigning you will never get your full settlement. They did not gave me so i put case on them.7-As mentioned in other comments that the accounts department is worst. Finance Manager(Mr.Faris) is one of the unprofessional and inexperienced and good for nothing.8-Most of the employees have case on Al-Badr9-Do check with other staffs(find them on LinkedIn) as well for more reviews.10-MD and his Son are big liars.11-he will offer you your salary and after 3 months he may say that compny is not in good condition thats why they had to lower the salary.12-They ask you to sign the paper if you dont then you will receive termination letter.Overall conclusion is that dont join them.May God give them some hidayah to MD for playing with labors and staffs (MD is atheist and doesnt care neither for labor nor for staff)

-Company doesn’t pay on time. They have delay in salary for more than 3 months.Sometime they gives you half salary sometimes they deduct your salary without any reason. Any blunder on the site or fine they deduct from staffs salary.-When it comes to management, they dont really give you what they promised.-MD of the the company will call you for interview and will promise you to give increment but later on he wont.He make false promises.if he is saying same thing to you ignore.-Accounts department is worst. they will stop picking up your phone after leaving the company & you will be running for your settlements.-They wont allow you to leave the company easily.- Am still not sure if company will be paying.They still have my money & i put case on them. Many people have already sued the company for duping-Will ask you to sign the end of service & didn’t pay you end of service as they promised as its usually done in Dubai.-Will force you to come on Friday as well.-They spy on you unnecessary.- They have very limited staffs and if you are thinking to join that company check any of the employee through linkedin or visit their site and ask for them the situation of working in that company.
