BAD EXPERIENCES :HR team : not responsive , poor in responding , post offer confirmation. Had to linger behind them for 2-3 months for getting the process kick started.ORGANISATIONAL POLITICS :Too high , Only a certain race of ppl are favored and climb the organisational ladder faster. The top management doesnt trust employees easily. Not a good place to work.Politics is very high at site level and it doesnt even let ur genuine plea reach the top managementMD Mr.Anil is a very sweet and down to earth person , unfortunately when the size of organisation is humungous , it is not possible to control the polarised treatment of employees.SALARY :There are no major delays. But i heard there were heavy pay slashes after covid pandemic.GOOD EXPERIENCES :HEAD OFFICE : Prime location , good working conditionSetting aside , Nothing in specific.

One of my family member was working with this company, they never pay salary on time, they treat Dubai visa holders like second class employee they wontedly delay they salary specially for Dubai visa holders, i would recommend not work with this company if you have serious responsibility for the family or with bank ETC.

Bankrupt. Usually dont pay to Sub-Contractors or suppliers. After a year long follow up negotiates the total amount for 50% sometimes null and void. Bad Experience. Not good for business. Accountant stay max 2 years.

We have supplied to Airolink between 2017 and 2019. There has never been a straight forward dealing from their end from the time we have commenced our supply to them. It is definitely poor and reflects very negatively on the company’s ethics and practices. We are still waiting for our payments from 2017.Suppliers and Customers - BEWARE; they are not ethical.

One of the worst company Ive ever seen in my life and career. They run the company by cheating the suppliers / vendors without paying them for the goods or service they bought. Several companies shut shorted due to there non-payment strategy and corrupted people in accounts and procurement. Clients also will suffer due to this. If Im not wrong their Art Mall project is still not completed due not paying to the sub contractors and changing contractors when they ask pending amount.

June 2020 i was attend the walk-in interview.During the pandemic time honestly i was travelled 3 hours to reach them. Lot of crowd is came that day. so that they collected all of those CVs but still now there is no response from them whether its selected or not.You shoul call all of them atleast for 3AED CV. cheap & cant digest 👎👎👎

Thought I should share my story here about Airolink Building Contracting company , This company didnt pay salaries on time, and had a negligent hiring policy which meant that everyone was overworked. People were treated like garbage, suffering for family pressure, bank pressure, and they were resigning as soon as they found different opportunities, and by the time I left, there were only a handful of employees left, all who would leave in a heartbeat as soon as they have a chance. Ive resigned myself, because I wasnt getting a confirmation on when Ill receive my salary, and I didnt want to waste my time in a place that treats people like theyre disposable.Now my problem is that this company hasnt paid me what amounts to 2 months and a halfs worth of salary. We had a mediation meeting with DMCC, and that hasnt helped much, because all theyre trying to do now is delay the issue as much as possible - ignoring emails, not committing to a date of payment, sending their secretary to the meeting to speak in their stead, without the ability to make financial decisions.My next consideration is to go directly to the ministry of labour to file a complaint, and therefore wanted to ask if any of you have dealt with similar issues in the past. .Wanted to ask if anyone here has dealt with a similar issue, and if they could share advice about how to overcome it. Anything would be much appreciated.Company hasnt paid me 2.5 months of salary may be it end never they will keep delaying as much as they want UAE law not been followed by this company. I left, and trying to get my owed money. Looking for advice.NO SALARY NO FOOD NO HAPPINESS

Single confirmation or document verification from site to office is not done in one year. Im sorry to write such a review but it is fact.
