Used to love it at one point in time, however recently it has been an utter disappointment. Got a few pastries the other day and they were all super dry and crusty, and got ones from a smaller bakery which were amazingly moist and delicious. Need to massively increase quality on the cakes and pastries. However, a must try for me there is the butter chicken flakes, which are only available at the garhoud branch most times. Melt in the mouth delicious!

Loved their service and care.They were quick to bake and decorate the cake for my son after I was left cheated by another bakery until the birthday morning when we went there for the cake and they told me that the cake design is not available.We rushed to ceasers and they were happy to help.They have a lot of designs to choose from and I can understand their professionalism and expertise from their suggestions.within 3 to 4 hrs the cake was ready as promised and came as per our expectations.Thanks ceasers for the wonderful cake.

We have been visiting Ceasars for more than 2 decades now. Thier food ,pricing & service is so consistent and reliable.. The cakes are to die for.. Unlike many other brands their cakes are too light to digest and have perfect amount of sweetness ..Recently tried their Zaatar , & cheese pizza ,loved both.. Thier veg puffs are also too good ..Must try place

Clean fresh an hygiene...snacks are freshly sold and reasonable area to munch. Mostly take away stuff. Staff are friendly an there lots choices in pastries an cakes for people having last minute plan....Their vada pav are cool but often sold out by 0630 pm as limited stock.

And when i was leaving, two of the ladies made a ridiculing comment behind my back in their language. Very very rude. Did not feel welcomed

Very much dissapointed with the Rasmalai Cake(1kg) which I bought 0n 13th November, its Very ordinary cake without any Rasmalai taste.I feel Ceasers bakery has been cheating the customers by selling this types of ordinary cakes.

I brought a cake on oct 18th..it was pre booked...the cake was not good...it was a blue berry delight cake..the bottom layer of the cake had no sugar....also it was bit hard...it was for a anniversary gift i ordered...and they ruined our plans...made a complaint today and seems like no use to them

Their standard has detoriated it use to be my favourite for chicken puffs n sandwiches. But their cakes are still amazing.

We ordered custom photo printed pineapple cake. Order was given in one day notice. One kg cost 105aed. It was very good cake, soft and sweet enough. Look awesome. We loved it😍

Cuisine Indian style, savouries, wraps, sandwiches, snacks,cake pastry, cupcakes, muffins, tart and Indian sweets. They do take cake orders. I like their snacks. For quite bite you can eat ready made sandwiches and wraps.

Never did i expect a very bad approach! I was asking for the coffe With cheese pizza , and the Philippine girl waiter said ARE YOU GONNA EAT HERE?! I said yes,she replied to me ARE YOU SURE i was shocked,her attitude towards me is very bad and horrible,, .. you have very good food. Clean.place but as a customer,respect comes before anything else.. even the manger doesn’t help. Very rude.

It can only be undone by us, the paying public, by recognising it and avoiding this placeAlways remember, when the majority of staff in any business or institution shows a certain behavioral trait, thats a reflection of the Managements attitude.Let me also state, the arrogance is subtle, you need to hang around for a while to feel it. But also need to clearly state that, the arrogance is only from the Mangalorean staff, not from the Filipinos. A point to note, the Management is also Mangalorean.
