Theres a saying Old is Gold... Caesars is been in UAE from decades and still the quality is well maintained and so is their outlets. They have good varieties in snacks and the food is fresh. Also on the latest added snacks is Tea snacks or 4pm snacks like Kharri, Diamond cuts, Murkh, etc.

Everything tastes the same,good for once in a while,very overrated bakery,overpriced too,they survive because of less competition,if a good bakery comes that will be the end,try to improve tase,pathetic.

I must say one thing about their service.I am their customer since 2 years.Always order some foods and cakes from them.Today i have placed one order and they said no card payment service as they have only 1 card machine at shop and it will be difficult to give with the driver.As a customer since 2 years plus i have asked them card payment mode and always this is what you guys say about while delivery with card and its kinda disgraceful and very difficult .Amidst Covid , The Government itself urges people to go with Cashless and contact less payment mode and their Management is still not aware what is Covid situation.At last The Manager informed me in the branch that in the meeting they have already informed regarding the Card Machine issue to their higher authorities.At last, He agreed to send the food with driver but again saying that the driver doesnt know how to use the card Machine and i need to help him and i said i will try to as this is not a Rocket science to learn how to use card machine.Finally the driver arrived for delivery and i went to pick the food from their convenient place as they are not allowed to deliver in Sharjah Emirate.I went to pick the food and the driver spoke to me in a sarcastic way why dont you Malabaries have 100 DHS with you and he continued saying this was told by his team members to him it seems.Well this was my last order from Caesars .I would not recommend this way of behavior from people whom we delightfully munch their food and this is what their Mindset all about .This review is not to disgrace their quality of food but of course to change the mindset towards all customers including Malabaries.

Caesars is now the shadow of what it offered few years ago. Its big time they should look in to changing their cake recipes since lot of competition around with quality making. If you look for cakes with average quality and presentation but with reasonable pricing, this is the place you can go in to.

One of best bakery chains in UAE having varieties of cakes ready made and custom made. Also a silent place to sit have coffee, tea and snacks. Also we can have cake slices, puffs, samosas, small pizzas, Pizza portions, stuffed buns... in a very low pricing and good quantity.
