The building, the pool , the gym and everything about the building is perfect 🤩 💯💕

I do not recommend this building..first, it has construction work every period, they change the system of all apartments and rebuild them..Parking is like garbage, dirty and uncleansecondly the office and building workers do not respect residents and do not provide professional serviceFinally, they will lose the residents, and no one will renew their contract

Very bad experience with the management.Daily construction in all flat risky and without work permit. I stay 10 months ( 3 months I was out of my flat because of the noisy) 10 of My neighbors moved out within 1 month. They keeps staying to send mail to the management of you have any complaints, and no one cares or even respond to your mails. the police is daily visiting the building. A lot of complaints in DDA, and Even if you try to call DDA and just mention the Buldg name they will stop you and they will explain your situation without telling them and give you the full history of it.The building manager and the maintenance supervisor is some ppl which you don’t need even to talk to them as they will let you feel that you are under them and they are paying your flat payment.I DONT RECCOMEND AT ALL THIS BUILDING.

The building used to be great. Management used to care about the tenants. Personally I stayed in the building as the management was making a difference. Nowadays a management company Key Signature Owners (keysignature.net/) is in charge and the situation is pathetic. Everyday essential activities, like having access to the building parking using the card, refilling the gas, maintenance take prolonged period of time to go through procedures and policies. E-mails are never replied and no logs of events are present. There is one manager called Shahid sitting all day in the office on a chair without taking any responsibilities and delegating without directions all tasks to other people. The building is going downhill and people will not renew contracts. It is a shame as the developer of the building is very respectful and put a lot of personal effort in the project. Shifting from long-term to short term does not mean to disrespect the long-term tenants. Sorry to say but AVOID!!!!

The maintenance and staff are friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Very good architecture and design, amazing view to golf course but the worst management ever, if you are planning to have a long term contract i don’t advise you to stay in this Zenith Tower A2

A very nice and Cozy place, not to forget the team over there Specially Miss Aysha from day one she is so sweet ,humble, supportive and helpful.I was planning to stay for a month me and my family now we extended 😊. payments method are flexible.clean building easy access. all the staff are friendly.I encourage couples and families to try it for those who are looking for a pleasant stay.

Im not that type of writing reviews everywhere I go, but here and with such satisfaction, i have to thank Zenith A2 and their management for the period of time i have stayed in their property, the quality of service, the success of managing hundreds of apartments as well as the design of the whole building and all apartments.Without forgetting the most important person in the property, Aysha!Simply, i can say she is the BEST, being in the field of real estate and property management; i can say that i never seen someone who manages a property with the way she does. Very bad experience with the management. As well ilI did not get back the deposit. The law in Dubai says that for covid 19 you can leave the apartment without notice and without fine. They kept all my deposit. I DONT RECCOMEND AT ALL THIS BUILDING.

Good building good finishes

Awful experience with the management. Building noisy & smelly all the time. The staff there is nice & helpful (security guy, Abdu & Aisha). However really bad living experience, with construction noise and the smell.Pest control has to be done every 3 months otherwise you get croaches and all sort of bugs. Anyhow, we don’t recommend at all.

I have lived here for over 2 years now and it’s a brilliant building with a small community family feeling. Aysha who works at this building has been amazing and has sorted out any problems I have had instantly and her husband Abdul who delivers groceries is excellent and efficient also.

I have moved 5 times in 6 years since I have been in the UAE. This building is the first that I looked forward to renewing my contract. Staff from the office are outstanding. Any problems are handled quickly. Building is nicely designed. Love our 1 bedroom. Easy in and out of the neighborhood. Maintenance staff handle issues quickly. Food services are provided with delivery. Gym could use more equipment but adequate. Pool area is very nice. Small playground for families with kids. Area is really growing and love it.

The facilities in this building are great. Also the group we rent it from (Zenith) are also really helpful should we ever have a problem. (Which is rare) highly recommend the building and the friendly staff!!

I have lived in Zenith A2 for a year and everything is just fine if i have any problems they are fixed in a short time. they also offer in house shopping like food and cleaning products and classes in the gym like yoga and karate.

I’ve lived in zenith A2 now for 1 year and I didn’t hesitate to renew my contract, we are on the top floor great golf views, very quiet very modern building and staff at the building have been very accommodating and helpful, only 1 addition 1 would recommend is more gym equipment.

Air conditioning smells, management is not helpful, landlord will not give you back the deposit, pest control is done in a very superficial way... I dont reccomend the building at all!

I can recommend this place. Extra ordinary service (they have application for food and some shoppings home delivery), quick maintenance responses and overall building quality makes this place special. Well recommended for families.

Very good apartment with good finishes ,golf view ,marble and ceiling design is high quality and best thing is centralized ac system monthly bill is very less compare to others building ,extra facilities such as GYM,Sauna, Steam and swimming pool ( hot and cool ) are extremely well , Security and Maintenance team are very co-operative.

A good cozy place to live for family. Quieter part of the community, and good for family with children, as there is ample space on the ground level for kids to run around free.

Zenith A2 building is really amazing experience , I want to express our appreciation for the excellent services which you cannot find in other properties (residential) , our experience has been a very positive as the management is working hard to offer the tenants with a safe and convenience living community , which focus on tenant needs , the management leadership really amazing as it focus on honesty and ethical behavior toward the tenant service e.g impose high level quality on maintenance , innovate special platform for mobile application to support all tenants need e.g house made part time , shopping , dry clean and more others and more , so thank you very much again .

Facilities are amazing including amazing pool, gym, sauna and hamam. Management and staff are very nice with a lot of inovative ideas. However, building is fancy but quality of building is on a very low level. When is windy there is no isolation at all and it is very noisy so forget sleeping at windy nights as it blows through windows. Numerous small mistakes in toilets and kitchen, balcon is useless. Without so nice facilities and staff, the building would be less than average.UPDATE AFTER MOVING OUT: The company that is managing this building will take of half of your deposit on so-called deep cleaning and painting costs!! They are very cheap! Dont even bother doing that yourself as they will charge you anyways.

The management team is great - thank you! Lots of proactive ideas - veggies shop, sport classes, cleaning services through the app. Although the app didnt work on my new phone.Smart a/c system - bills in 1bhk around the year AED 100-200. 3 summer months bills are AED 750-1000 but this makes average AED 350 p.m. vs. usual AED 500 in DXB. Curtains help to bring down summer a/c bill even more.Careful with pipes - for some reason, small dreinage pipes were used. Recommended to use drain opener every 2 months to avoid blocking, especially in toilets.Gulf view is pretty if you dont mind adhans (the voice is beautiful!), other side is construction view for 2019 and noise from the a/c unit near the school.Perfect for keeping pets. Lots of places around to walk dogs.Gated parking with card system.Small but pretty pool perfect for aqua yoga and chilling. Shallow kids pool also there and beach seats.The gym unfortunately not maintained - most of chinese equipment needs repair and lubes (squeaky), and was selected by not a gym person.Shower, toilets, steaming room - perfect.Security very polite and helpful - thank you, Ashish, Shiva and Asif!
