The building needs maintenance badly.

Building is old and smells bad good bachelors.

Its a great residential apartment with chiller free units, I have been here for 9years now and still continue to reside..

Central cituated and a quiet area. Can see the fire works of Global Village from here.

It is accomodating, the surrounding. Every floor is clean ant thank you to the janitor and the 2 security who are so diligent to their work and the maintenace of the building thank you they are always there if you need to fix or repair...

Nice interior the building is very nice.

Bad management HHbalcony doors are damaged since years and they dont want to fix it , and each year they increase the rent and you are not getting proper service better leave this buildingwe stayed for 6 years then we got fed up and leftprice is too high for crappy building with no gym or any facilityif you complain against your noisy neighbors the management doesnt really care
