Nice residence place, clean and well maintained. nice kids play area also. Small disappointment is Pool not there

Really lovely apartments. Some have an open kitchen and some have a closed kitchen. Quiet neighborhood to raise a family and not too far from the bus station

Good building condion and coprative staff.

A nicely maintained building with easy connectivity to main road in Al Nahda 2 Dubai. All necessary shops for groceries, laundry are in nearby vicinity. Not on main road as such less disturbance.

Very nice clean place to live. We always visit our friends staying there. The rooms are big and the whole building is always clean. Good parking. Good security staff.

Good building but rent is too high compared to other buildings in the same area. hence i moved out. but facilities are pretty good
