Good place for staying

We tried renting a flat in this building and had a very bad experience with the realestate agent who manages the rentals. Very unprofessional. We drove to his office in Deira and even though we had a previous appointment the person in charge was not there. We waited for 45 minutes and we left. He then asked us to come back and we didn’t because we were far away. He also asked us to bring CASH for the first quarter rent and all the deposits and commissions upon which I informed him this was highly irregular and that they should accept cheques and wait a couple of days for it to go through and then issue the rental agreement. In any case we did not rent because if his attitude and the fact that he did not seem to care...

Not bad building but very hard to park car for visitors

Well located, cosy 2BR with nice view over greens, marina and JLT. Lots of restaurants around. The gym is poor but there are gyms around which aren’t too expensive.

Spaceus apartments, with pool on the deck and private gym you can use daily.

Nice buliding very hard to park to visit any one inside

Clean and nice building. However the gym is really old and has old equipments that are not well maintained.
