In 15 years in Dubai, for the first time, I came across a real estate management team who is not just unprofessional but they can do anything to make money from tenants.Due to Covid - 19 issues, we requested 2 weeks prior to our cheque due date asking them not to deposit and they deposited intentionally and got it bounced. Due to the financial situation they forced us to stay and make us pay the rent what we were paying before Covid -19.I sent more than 6 emails, met the Manager, and when I told about Covid his response was Do not talk and link the rental issue with Covid and they did not reduce a single dirham rent. When we told them that we cannot afford and we will leave the apartment if the rent is not reduced, they delayed with a false hope and forced us to stay for 50 days because Most of the people/tenants are helpless. I have all the email trials to share if required.The Security who works illegally (Please take this seriously as the the management is fully aware that the person who they have employed for building security, is not sponsored by Razooki or by any company and stays with his family in free accommodation provided in the same building. (Compromising everything for the sake of money, breaching and breaking the laws) - is more matured and qualified to be in the manager position to negotiate and engage the tenants.He is always threatened that the company will deduct his salary if any tenant do not pay money or does something.If the manager has even 1% civic sense and follows the laws, he cannot deny the above facts. I have mails asking to handover the money and cheques to the security who is not even their employee or is employed by any person or company in UAE. (I hope you understand what I mean).If the Owners know what is happening on the ground, they may be shocked to the realities and how the office team behaves with the tenants.Time will speak and it is not so far... Unfortunately people like them destroy the reputation of the most respected names and brands in UAE.This rating and review is for the team that deals with Al Razooki building in Nahda 1.

From last 1 month i am living here. Quite satisfied with Free Parking, gym, swimming Pool. I hope next renewal rent will be less. About the utility super markets, restro, hospitals, exchanges, banks, Sahara Mall, Petrol Pump, Beach, Park, Bus and Metro all off them are very easy to reach.
