False advertized products on Amazon.ae.I have ordered keyboard with English layout only (according to product name, OEM code and picture), but seller ships keyboard with English-Arabic layout.2. Ignorant and scammy personnel/company policy that ignores consumer rights.Xcell Computers representatives reaction when I initiared refund and shipped items back on the next day:- Illustrations do not represent real product and for reference purposes only- Refund cannot be issued because product works fine. We will send items back to you. Also he said that they return policy is the same as in any other regular shop that will not accept items back even if you just bought them (sic).Thanks Amazon support, it took them few weeks to finally investigate this issue and refund in full.All this trash over 40AED order.
