I enrolled for the German A1 language course. Learning a new language that is not your own or remotely related to what you know is always a difficult task. But this was made quite easier by the level of knowledge and understanding by the Native German teacher Ms Kathrine who offered nothing but quality classes and ensured my passing at the Goethe-Institut. The staff are really helpful, friendly and very accommodating to student needs! I’d highly recommend it!

Al karama institute is best in town , providing international language course with all native trainers , I learnt German / Spanish and now Arabic . I recommend at this place you will pay and get the results for what you have enrolled . highly recommended.... ( New Name now is Level up learning language & Computer Centre )

Very Bad institute I waist my money. Teacher doesnt give good knowledge. He passes only his time.

The training center is very good for learning different languages. The teachers are native speakers who teach the language in a very easy and effective manner. The learning of a new language was fun and easy. Would recommend the institution for all people of any age from any background to come and learn from the teachers over here. Keep up the good work and great panel of teachers working here

I am learning Arabic here and this is my second level. The professor is a native speaker and is very good at his job. The teaching methodology is good. He doesnt hurry up and teaches patiently until the student grasps the content completely. We are also given practice exercises at the end of each class. So far I find it worth the money spent. Kudos to the institute. They are doing a good job!

The centre and the staff overall were friendly and efficient. I cannot rate other courses but I took a 20hour Hindi conversational class. It was one of the worst language learning experiences I have ever had (I speak 4 languages) and would not recommend this course. The teachers were changed frequently, different teachers taught different rules, and finally I was given class by one of the (very sweet) office administrators. There was no teaching method to speak of, no class planning or structure, based on hours of writing down vocabulary and not very useful random sentences without a context.

I have done Arabic and language course from Al Karama Language Center, It was a challenging course, full of enjoyment of learning and experiencing new methods. The best part was being in an international team and making friends with the people who I wouldnt have met without participating in the course. I enjoyed every moment of the input sessions, Both the administrative staff and the tutors were quite helpful, supportive and approachable, Excellent choice, incredibly professional tutors...

I have enrolled for the Arabic beginner class. I am content with the quality of teaching provided by the professor, Mr. Abdullah. He is very knowledgeable and experienced.

I took my computer course here in Karama Institute and I found them very helpful. They guide me in every step of the way and everyone are really kind and considerate. So if you wanted to enjoy while learning new skills, I highly recommend them. Kudos for a job well done! Thank you so much.

Took the Advanced English course and the trainer was very good and I learned a lot from him! Office staffs are also nice and the institute is super accessible. Looking forward to do IELTS with them! Thank you KLCC!

Terrible. Took my money and change the course date without any notification. My colleague and I arrived at venue only to be told the institute had no idea which class sessions we were registered for. The admin officer indicated that we can wait for the owner to come if we like, although she may or may not come! If comes, she also did not know how long it would take her to arrive. After some pushing, the owner decided not to turn up but promised to give me a call the next day. Guess what - I never heard from her! It feels like I have fallen into a scam so far! Not recommended.

Hi Good Afternoon. i join Al Karama Language and computer center . before 2 month ms office course .now i already finised my course .so im now happy i learn so many thinks .teacher is very good& friendly .i like this institute if i need to join next class then i will join again here .thanks .

I am sorry to tell you , I personally do not recommend to visit to this learning centre especially when you want to learn English - No perquisite , No base line achievement defined for student (as per institute all responsibility lies with student not the institute - No pre assessment prior to enrolment ) - I made mistake to enrolled my wife for English level 1 with Personality development - As there is no defined ( documented guide line ) for personality development , when I spoke to them , they send me once piece of paper ( listing few points) after discussing with my wife what she wants to learn - absolutely ridicules( Trainer has also no clue @ Personality development ) , when I spoke to them , they explained me that you have to tell me what you want. They told me stories (all verbals ) at the time of registration after that I have never been provide any plans via email regarding progress and personality development - when I asked , they told my why you are asking - you paid me millions for this- no manners to talk to students /clients. You are victim once you paid for course. I told my wife not to continue and invest time when there is no responsibility from institute towards student - never ever think to go to this institute - its simply waste of money and time - absolutely unprofessional - No system in place- Rude behaviours- Washing their hands if you ask for explanation or clarification.

Its an institute which provides good learning experience for all the age groups. Nice infrastructure and friendly teaching and non-teaching staff. With the reasonable rates, the institute is located in a place where it is reachable for all the people.

I didn’t even start any course but i had the worst experience with the manager. She called me and yelled at me for 7 minuets while trying to convince me to come to the institute, i told her I don’t like the aggressive approach and i was trying to explain her my point of view and that i want to check other language classes because i find it a bit pricey. She didn’t let me talk, she was interrupting me all the time, raising her voice at me and being very very rude . At the end she even asked me AGAIN if I’m coming or not 😅 the whole conversation was ridiculous, she was talking to me like she’s superior, making me feel very bad and honestly I don’t think this kind of unhappy frustrated rude people should work in customer service. She is the reason why I won’t even be thinking of going to that institute ever again and i will make sure everyone knows how they treat their customers. They blocked me on WhatsApp minuets after our conversation.... 👎🏼

I have done my course in English language The teacher is a good trainer I enjoyed her teaching method.i learned and got trained a lot from her. I will surely suggest this inst in future for the person wbo is looking for well education or language programe.

I have done arabic course fromAl Karama lang Inst & it was worth joining the institute. Staff, Management and faculty is very friendly, professional and cooperative.I would recommend this Inst.

I studied german language at this institute. Right from the traveling to the budget to the flexibility and the quality of teaching. Everything is a 10/10 . Definetly an institute i would refer to my family and friends!!

Probably the best place to learn languages in Dubai for a decent price. Despite its location the classrooms are pretty neat and it has good teachers.

I done recently computer course which i had good knowledge and useful to me.I also had the same bad experience in language course,basically english.not showing interest in teaching. focus on only talking in her own language.

I learnt the MS Office course here because its very useful for universities and jobs.The trainer is very jovial and helpful. Would recommend this institute to everyone.

A good learning centre with an experienced trainers . I had learned computers and it was worth spending money for what I need ....

They told me that the whole course was covered but they didnt even cover 25% of it. So i had to retake it in another place. Cheaters.
