This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in Dubai. Every time phone service is interrupted we have a problem in the telephone system. I try to contact them and they dont respond to calls or messages, and if they respond they start talking about charging me for the visit. I regret that I trusted them from the beginning.

Had the best experience with crimson technologies. they were an absolute delight. had another company handling my office amc (have about 15 desktops and a printer) they were very cheap but things often went wrong and they took ages to respond. We then switched to crimson about 2 months ago and since then i can really see the difference. They are not the cheapest in the market, but their prices are reasonable and service is superior. Will definitely recommend crimson technologies especially for office IT maintenance and if you are in dubai.

The worst customer service ever, Richard D’Souza takes the money once he sells you the product and won’t even hear about him anymore. I have paid one year for technical Support and You call reception Mrs Mahdiva she says 3 times she will send a technician and never replies back then I called back and she said she will call back but never call back. How disrespectful and unprofessional is this? They charge you to have an invoice sent when at the first place it should have been provided with the product. I am also making a complaint to consumer.
