Got my keyboard replaced, post the replacement,2 more issues came into the system hardware, CPU fan rattling vigoursly and if the system is unplugged while it is charging, the system shuts down, very unhappy with service.Unsatisfied, after spoiling the laptop the technician is suggesting to go to a different service center.
