Fraud..I gave my Samsung s7 edge for servicing.. The shop employee said it will be done in an hour.. I left out and asked him to call back.. He didnt call for 2 hours. I checked back anld he said it will take 2 days since he is busy.. I insisted him to give receipt but he said its totally fine and I dont have to travel back again.Gone 10 days with excuses before saying that motherboard cannot be replaced and no point in fixing.. I went 2 days later to get the phone.. I was asked for receipt, I explained the situation.. The employee said he cannot hand over phone without receipt and they never got phone without issuing receipt.. After I told them I have the call recorded and I also have all status updates recorded, I was handed over the phone..Stay away from them...
