I have bought and taken my Mac Book and apple laptops and they have been very good. Good prices and service.

Before, 2 years before they were good; smiling, helpful, happy to serve... nowadays they are useless for helping you out or finding you the best choices they have. Shame!!

They were closing for lunch when I visit to collect my device and they told me they will come back in an hour, 2 hours and 30mins later they are still not here! Never seen worse service attitude than this. No respect for customer’s time at all!

Sonic has rude, manipulative staff. They quote higher prices than other shops in the area, and they charge 2.5% extra if you pay via card. I called the Dubai Consumer Protection office which informed me that this was not a legal practice. The store staff became angry with me for that call and said they will only accept cash now. The next day was a Friday and they said their supplier was closed on Fridays. When I returned on Saturday, they said their supplier had sold the item on Friday and the new supplier would charge AED 500 extra!! So I checked other shops in Al Ain Center and purchased the same item for AED 1000 cheaper than Sonic’s original price!
