I had a really good experience with everyone in this shop. I started to contact them over Instagram and they replied really quick to all my enquiries. I order multiple parts to assemble my own gaming computer. Even though I could not get some parts because they were out of stock, they offered me other alternatives. The delivery was really fast (less than 24 hours). I was looking for the best gaming computer and as I live in Oman, it is not an easy task! Luckily Ive found GCCGamers, I sent a WhatsApp message to Yaseen and got a very quick reply.GCCGamers confirmed my specs for the best available gaming computer. They add all parts in stock. This place is horrible, they sent me a faulty NZXT elite case, the case ended up having a heavely damaged screw on the glass panel which caused it to fall and shatter into many peices, this place has no care for deleviery, very disapointing would never recommend, this is very disappointing and i expect this some product shipped (non faulty this time) to me again or a full refund on the 670 AED that was spent on this. image paying 670 for a faulty case. i am never recommending this place to anyone else until they solve this problem.

Summary: Slightly cheaper prices and fast delivery but service and support are not decent. If you were unlucky and received a dysfunctional item, then they will do nothing because the distributor is in charge and the distributor will not do anything because they dont deal with end users.Details: I bought a Ducky keyboard from them when I was visiting UAE (+500AED). The initial impression and delivery were good, but the keyboard I received was malfunctioned (keyboard chattering). I contacted the manufacturer (Ducky) and even they said that the keyboard is broken and should be replaced. I described the problem to GCC Gamers and they promised me that theyll get the problem sorted out. After two weeks, they said the problem is fixed and I should get the keyboard. The problem wasnt fixed and nothing has changed. I told them so, they informed me that this is what the distributor has said and I can contact the distributor (the distributor refused to even co-operate because they dont deal with end users). To make the story short, they just kept throwing the blame to the distributor and claimed it is a software issue and that it is fixed... Well, it is neither a software issue nor fixed. Now I am fixing the keyboard by myself, something I should have done long time ago instead of relying on their support. So just an advice, stay far if you want good support.Update: After posting the review, I have been contacted by GCC gamers and they asked me to return the keyboard to get me a new replacement. However, I am outside of UAE and I have already bought switches to replace the broken ones by myself as fixing it professionally would cost a lot. After discussions, their support paid me the price I paid for the components, as shipping the keyboard back and forth would have been very costly. Which shows that they care about their reputation.

After checking one of the build on their website GCC Gamer , I got in touch with one staff through WhatsApp. At the beginning I was asking whether possible to upgrade the i5-9th generation cpu to 10th , affirmative reply came back really fast. During the conversation afterwards and the visit to the shop I had to negotiate on issues like case appearance and hard drives back and forth, due to reimbursement budget . Luckily Mr Yassin helped me sort them out with his knowledgeable mind. Assembling process was neat and efficient . If I were to build another device, your shop would definitely be the top choice, not only because of setting the prices in a fair range but also of being professional and considerate.

An excellent place if you want to custom make your own pc. Their pricing is probably their best quality. They have an amazing range of products so you can almost always find what youre looking for. They will make that happen! They have a very efficient and brilliant team that assembles and checks the pc before they hand it over to you. The assembly is neat, accurate and cable-managed very well! I was fortunate to have dealt with a really good rep Mr.Hilal who was helpful, responsive and polite. The only thing that keeps me from giving five stars is the cashier whose behaviour I found rather rude and borderline cheap. Apart from that, a definite thumbs up for this place!

I made an order about a week ago. At the same time I ordered items from newegg, microless and gear-up. The packages from the other vendors arrived in time or earlier than Expected (newegg from US delivering in 3 days)GCC gamers hasnt responded to any message on WhatsApp, email and arent picking up the phone either during their open times I understand that we are currently going through a pandemic and that it slows things down but other companies seem to manage to fulfill their orders, or atleast respond to their received messages and email.I recommend you go with with any of the other vendors I mentioned, atleast if they deliver late you have someone who respects their customers enough to speak with you and work out a solution.

Ordered AED2000 worth of equipment and no response from them for 2 weeks. Phones were offline, no response to email, no response on WhatsApp.After I posted this negative review they did contact me to explain that the store was closed and that Covid-19 had effected the supply chain for the parts I ordered. They were very apologetic and offered a full refund which was received within 24hrs.
