I purchased my Lenovo Legion 5 (2021 edition) and a Lenovo Thinkbook 15IIL along with a Cintiq Pro 16 two weeks ago from Computronic! The staff and the manager were polite, friendly, and informative even though I was an international customer. They provided me with their professional opinion whenever needed and helped me buy the best possible laptops according to my budget!Additionally, they were literally the only place that made it possible for me to purchase the Cintiq Pro 16!It is also worth mentioning that they are a Certified Vendor for selling Asus, MSI, Lenovo products as far as I know, and all their devices come with an international warranty which is a plus. Their prices are also very competitive.All in all, I am thrilled with my experience in this shop, and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for electronic devices!

Owner communicates in a way to make it seem like a scamI wanted to check the display and if proper drivers are preinstalled of a laptop before purchasing it. He kept saying that its good and that there are no returns even if he opens it infront of you and it doesnt have what he claims.I was going to definitely buy the laptop, even if it wasnt as claimed. But the lack of ability to return made it feel extremely scummyA simple Return if not as claimed was denied, which is against DED policy.Extremely anti consumer store AvoidEdit response to the owners reply: I do not trust in large prebuilt manufacturers such as ASUS ROG, but that is not the issue.The main issue is that the owner did not trust in his own words (That it had preinstalled drivers). My only condition for a return was if there were no preinstalled drivers. Yet, he did not accept the condition if it turns out there arent (Again, its against DED policy)

Overpriced store compared to other shops, selling same items for 300-200 dhs higher. When asked why the salesman said the other stores are selling counterfeit... Very dishonest. Better look around the center than waste time here
