Don’t bother contacting them. Non-responsive. Better off dealing with another company for sensitive products such as SAT phones. You need someone that will respond to queries. If they can’t respond to an Enquiry they won’t respond when you have an issue. Look elsewhere

Very bad service. Once they receive the money, as a customer we have to go behind them. Especially, I deal with Raveesh, his attitude is like he is the only dealer for Yeastar in UAE. Even initially, without knowing this, I recommended them to some of my clients and they are also in trouble now.When i send a mail to Raveesh that linkus is not working even after 2 months of purchase, I told him to reimburse since the licence was not subscribed. He simply replied that he had activated the subscription. I lost the money also.Please dont deal with them. They are quoting high also.

If you are looking for handymen to install cameras for you then you would be at the right place, but you have to be the one who selects the camera models and understand the system features and limitation on your own, their support and the sales person totally ignored my request 1 day after installing the cameras and receiving the full payment.
