IVR system is crazy…. Cant get required info…. Even u prese 2#… language is arabic….🙄🙄🙄

Incompetent staff!!!I bring them my iPhone, it was frozen I couldn’t use the touch screen.I clearly explained him that the problem was the software ( because of full storage the phone didn’t operate properly), he took my iPhone and the first thing he ask me “if my screen was original”I told him “definitely, I never opened my phone before and I never had any hardware problems before “, he told me that probably my phone screen was not original( even if I clearly told him the opposite), he wanted to open it to check the hardware he said the screen will broke directly if it’s not original. I told him “my iPhone it’s completely original go ahead open it, check and just tell me how it can be fixed” as well many time I was repeating that “the problem was the software and full storage issue!!!!!He went inside to open it after 2 minutes he came back and he told me he can’t open it, it’s not possible to open it at all so there is nothing to be done anymore!!! ( the receptionist was advising to go apple store 🤦🏻)I ask him what was the solution he told me that nothing can be done!! I was insisting on him to just restart it because i knew that the problem was the full storage, he didn’t want to listen or to help he just told me it’s “probably hardware problem”After couple of days I give my phone to the IT in my work and he successfully restarted it through ITunes in just 20 minutes.Please don’t let incompetent people work in this kind of places. The guy need to check first the phone before giving any kind of answer, and listen to the customer and to the real problem without any guessing or non useful suggestions.Please teach to staff how to open the apple devices !!!!

I Brought my iPhone X to ABM care after 2 trips to Apple Store Dubai mall and one at istyle in Dubai festival city.My iphone wouldn’t charge with the cable, only wirelessly. I had changed the battery on apple Dubai mall a month prior to this incident…Somehow both times I brought them to Apple Store, it immediately started charging with the lighting cable there which made the guys at Genius Bar very confused…They told me to bring the phone with all original cables for the 2nd time I went there, which I did.Same thing…miraculously charging…nothing wrong…and they refused to open the phone and look cause you know…nothing is wrong right?I even recorded a video of the fault at home so I don’t sound crazy to them. And brought an original cable still rolled in the paper and the original charger still with its stickers, inside my iPhone X box, never used, as I used the ones from my previous iPhones till now…So my only option was to bring my Iphone to istyle, as the guys at Genius Bar refused to open it and check.The guy at istyle recommended me to go to ABM care as they could open and check the phone.As soon as I arrived, Mr. Abbas found out there was some problem with the cable going from the SIM cars that was causing the iPhone to conflict with the charging port.He re-attached the cable, ran the diagnostics and BAM! Everything is fine again.In a matter of 10 minutes Mr. Abbas fixed what the “geniuses” at apple couldn’t. And for FREE!I will always come back to this place for as long as I live in Dubai.Thank you again Mr. ABBAs and ABM care for solving this very annoying issue haunting me for the pst 2 weeks.

It has been more than 2 weeks since I sent in my laptop for diagnosis. I havent heard anything and called to check and still waiting for a response ever since. Appallingly slow and three stars is in fact more than generous considering the facts.Follow-up post ... I finally heard back (after chasing up twice), but am elated to say that they came good in the end, especially through Jacob Varghese whom it turns out was waiting for a part to arrive that was not going to cost me anything. A million thanks and Kudos to you Jacob!! Youre 5 stars!!

I booked my appointment but their was crowd and I have to wait like 2 hours for my turn.Better to go in morning time.Good staff

The place is nice it’s a good well organized repair service I sent in my MacBook for repairs and it took around 3-4 days before a diagnostic test and then was immediately taken care of and sent back all in all they’re certified and will deliver they’re reasonably priced for most repairs cheaper than apple and some private sellers just takes a really long time.

5 stars for the help.Would have taken 0.5 off for initial waiting time. But overall a great experience!

Less then a star as a apple service center, I waited for an appointment in Apple store rather then dealing with them.

I want to check on my airpods pro and he straight up told me a high price . When asked for warranty told me it was expired. But when I gave the same thing to apple they replaced me with a new one without any charges.

The worst unprofessional people ever! they ruined my 1 day old phone by not fixing the screen properly, NEVER EVER deal with these people, cheap quality service, they lack of technical knowledge and service quality as well. I wish I could rate them below 1 star which is too high for such people

My pro airpods had a problem: the left side was crackling. In 4 days they repaired my pro airpods as new and I didnt pay anything, its covered by Apple. I will come here again without hesitation. Very friendly and professional staff 5/5

I just came spent an hour I know it was software issues after waiting for an hour they said your phone is not working damm I know it’s not working do they have to tell me the same thing that I knew .it’s not working I guess apple can better go to some shops in burdubai and make them there authorized centers atleast they will make it work .

I went for iPhone hitting issue. I didnt feel that he really wants to help.I had taken backup on iTunes and asked few confirmation questions but he doesnt know about what all backup considers. About backup his answer was sir, you need to confirm with Apple. seriously, then why we would come to you?He simply did format iPhone and handover it to me

They do not deserve not even one star...not helpful team, not professional in handling your issue... the 5 stars they get from some , may be faked!! .. any way ..take your device to them if you have to...but they are far below any standard you can expect.

Its been over a week and I am still awaiting for a replacement for my Iphone 11 which is within warranty. They say that it depends upon Apple to provide the device so they are taking 0 liability for the delay, it can take upto 5 days for replacement. Why did you waste time trying to fix the phone (2 whole days). Youll should have sent the phone to Apple immediately. They have no knowledge as to what is the problem with the device (the sim card reader stopped working). Their reason is Network issue. Like really? That was the reason I have given you my phone, cause there was an issue! No one gives a perfectly working phone to service!

Amazingly quick replacement of my 2015 Macbook Air battery. Dropped off on Tuesday, collected today (Tuesday) and had a long Eid weekend inbetween! Also very affordable when compared with other Apple partners!

I meet someone who wasnt care to see exactly the issues that I was having with my iPad pro and Macbook Pro.Small answers small attentions and I left after I didnt get comfortable answering

This service this is extremely professional and have very good customer service. The person at the reception was very polite and respectful. They immediately checked the issue with my laptop . Even the technician came from inside and spoke to us about the problem for about 10 minutes. Even he was very polite and patient even though we did not give the laptop for repair. I would highly recommend this service center especially for Apple products.

Very slow service, it took them 2 weeks to change my mac book screen, at the end when I called them after 2 weeks to check, they said my laptop is ready since 4 days ago!!They didnt even bother to call and inform me that my laptop is ready.Apple after sale service is the worst in the world.

Had a bad experience which is still not resolved. My phone was having a lag issue which is barely noticeable but since i passed near by i show the phone here and then came the surprise to replace the screen. Without my concern they opened the phone and i left with no choice rather than leaving my phone in a confirmation that this will be done in 3 days. Its more than a week now and still there is no response.

Unacceable by phone. Technician not available. Better go to Apple store.

Very slow service. It took one week to replace my IPhone 6s battery which initially they told me 24 to 48 hrs. Also token system is wrong the system issues token for repair and collection on first come first serve basis that is if u came to collect your stuff you have wait more than 45 minutes. They should have kept separate counter for collection only so the person came to collect wont spend much time on collection.

These guys were great in helping me get my laptop repaired. They delivered on time and my laptop works perfectly now.

Better please DONT GO ABM GARHOOD DUBAI , visit I store only ....Hope less staffs sitting there....Spoiling brand Name
