They are my go to guys for any internet related issues at any time. I had installed home network around Jan 2020 and havent had any issues thus far. Everything is top condition and the range and speed every corner of the house is amazing (even the garden). I was recommended by couple of my colleagues to go for these guys. They did visit the place and have recommended to go for additional router for my problem of intermittent connectivity to the farthest room. Their representative is very well versed with the details required and available information. Hopefully we will have smooth connection throughout the house once installed. We had our initial struggle/miscommunication but all went well.

Absolute waste of money, lol it was 3 months ago not 2019. Useless and still not saying the truth!!! My Internet is as slow as it was if not even worst, refused to give full refund even thou they admit their product doesnt work. Unprofessional I was surprised as comments were good, they came more than 4 times to fix their mistake and when they couldnt they said will refund only the product but still I have to pay for the usless labour.

One the best and most professional teams I have used - from the booking process to the confirmation messages - I had to change my thermostats- the team showed up exactly on time with the required tools and materials - they did their job without bothering me - post which they gave me a brief tutorial and guided me on the usage of the thermostat and asked me if I had any doubts or questions on the usage - they cleaned up the place of any dirt and returned the old thermostats to me upon leaving - clean and neat team and I would highly recommend them to any one looking to get any IT / tech rated work done in their respective house hold - great job !

Had an issue with my wifi connection and was working on a very important project at past 11pm. Someone from the team had contacted me the next day early morning on a Friday and got my connection sorted out. Another issue came last night and someone promptly reply even after their working hours and was very helpful and sorted out things for me even though that this is just a temporary solution as the issue was from the service provider. I got them thru Amazon’s new service to install the Nest hello doorbell. I have had this bell lying in the box for almost a year and have had several companies come in and explain the process of installation which I found to be unsatisfactory and tedious. When I spoke to these guys and explained to them what I needed, they did their best to install it without creating a clutter. They used the existing cabling to install the bell which ensured that the look was clean and there was no external wires outside my door. They aligned everything to the MM and ensured that it looked neat and tidy. The bell works great. I highly recommend these guys for smart home system installation!

Alright, Here I go.Cons:1- They arrived 1 hour late even tho I scheduled the day before. Wasted my time2- when I tried to call him and he declined my call.3- The guy wanted to charge me extra100/Dhs told him to recalculate again and he apologized..4- Inside my own house, he had the audacity to ask me if I gave them a bad rating in google or not. Which I actually did for variety of reasons including wasting my time and being late for an hour without notifying me, in addition declining my calls when I try to contact them.Pros:1- They ruled out the wifi problem by checking and all and told me to do what to fix it.This was my experience with them, I Would never ever recommend them to my neighbors/friends.In the end, this was my experience with them. Most may find them excellent, but in my case I got unlucky and happen to find them on their toes. I wont suggest them for friends/neighbors though.Thank you for taking your time.🙏

Year and half ago had wifi guys install new routers and repeaters. Had them setup a the wifi also, with 2 seperate networks. When the wifi does not connect to the internet i just need to whatsapp and they will fix the connection remotely.

Had an issue with VPN needed for work, was solved within minutes (remotely). Really appreciate the swiftness and quick solution.
