I contacted PC Care to get my Samsung S8 battery replaced. I was doubtful if the battery provided would be original or not. PCC sent me pictures before to assure the product is original. Also they arranged a technician to visit my home and get the job done so that I did not have to visit their office. Their WhatsApp number is very responsive and the technician was efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend PCC to everyone.

They damage my laptop more and some of cables on motherboard steal. There is chipset complaint only but pc care diagnosed wrong way and they damage entire motherboard

Extremely not recommended service centre! Uneducated engineers, the only goal - to cut money from the client! The price for repair was more than twice bigger than purchasing new PC components! When I have told them about it, they started bargaining!

They didnt have on the stock the spare part my PC needed. Offered to get it for me. It required 4 weeks.
