Very bad quality products and customer service. I purchased a laptop and it takes 20 minutes to start up and more than 30 minutes to just open an excel file. When contacted the customer service they took my device for service and returned just as it is saying there is no hardware issues found. When contacted again they asked me to send the device for service again. This happened for 4 times and the issue is still not resolved. They dont mind about clearing the issue or supporting you. And they dont have a phone number to contact too (the number in their support page is not working). After all these complaints no one even mind to give a call to clarify. Honestly this laptop didnt help me to get my things done even for a single day. Worst ever brand and dont waste your money.

Asus cashback promotions are scam. They sent an email confirming cashback on the purchase is approved and will be credited to my bank account in 20 business days. Upon follow up they mentioned 90 calendar days. Its more than 180 days now and no response to follow up.

Very worst after sales support as my Asus laptop found inoperative within 7 months so i given it for warranty repair to Asus service center(Ensure services) in Dubai and they found faulty hard disk.now it has been fourth week my laptop handed over to them for repair but still status shows under pending parts. I am really wonder how Ausus operating in UAE to support their customers as just to get one normal hard disk taking long time and to complete the repair of the laptop.Still I dont know how long I have to wait to get my laptop back after repair.

Helpful but not always reliable. My laptop was physically damaged and they did manage to repair it. After repairing it though, they caused another problem in which the screen display started to flicker and turned pink. After at least 4 months of going and coming to/from the service center, they told me that they could not fix the problem that they themselves have caused. This lack of reliability is poor.

Worst product to buy, worst customer service, quality of product is bad, shut this operation down here if this is how they are doing business

Worst Customer Service and After Sale Service, Bought a new laptop came with Manufacturing defect (7 Days), requested ASUS to Replace the Laptop, they stated it cannot be done and then tells they will repair, no response from ASUS Team, They are stating they do not have the parts, I am still waiting for the response, dont when they will give me my Money or Laptop back, I wish i get the money back, this is the most useless company ever.Recommendation NEVER BUY ASUS
