Worst service i ever experience with these guys. Working with this people you will get: dirty work, dirty ceilings which you have to repaint again and again after them, absolutely zero knowledge of security and camera installation. Cheapest product possible just to catch the client and after cameras are do not operate properly and they are not going even to fix it back. Not recommended at all !

This man came to my home with a new unit for my security cameras. After one hour of awkwardness, he couldnt connect the new unit and when repeatedly asked for details he smiled and wouldnt make eye contact. He then said hed be back the next day and when I told him to put the old unit back into operation till he came back the next day(I only wanted to change it because the fan was noisy - not because it wasnt working - and he also noticed that it was making noise because it was dirty, not because it was broken which was even more awkward because I didnt say anything waiting for him to acknowledge this and he pretended he didnt see what I saw) he then proceeded to freak out and say he wasnt going to. When I tried to explain to him how that didnt make sense he got extremely loud, where by my wife was startled from one floor away and called the police. It was one of the worst, most tense, most awkward, most disconcerting moments in my home living room and for a moment there, while he was holding a screw driver pointing in my direction, I felt threatened and worried.

This guy so unprofessional he gives me warranty for one year then one month later the camera stopped working on the night time and we messaged him to explain to him about it!he saw the message and he didn’t respond and he’s not taking our phone calls anymore for over one month now?!I don’t recommend it at all and I will report him to the Department of economic by the morning

Do not recommend this services and their products to anyone ! Very poor service, very bad installation process and i wont tell you anything about after-sale support - its zero.

I have got the Cctv devises from this shop and got good advises and good price too

Whatever you do...DO NOT USE THEM!!! Their customer service is horrific and unreliable! They shouldn’t be in business!
