Mr.Arun is absolutely right. Im also experiencing same for months now regarding the gym. Management is not caring the gym at all, equipments are not lubed which causes irritating sound, the basic equipments like bars (bearing), benches etc are in pathetic condition. Theres no upholstery on most of the equipments which makes them unusable.

Be aware of the agents and brokers renting apartments.we recently vacated our flat in d 7th floor and spent around 1000 aed to clean and paint, fixed damages etc. Now the broker is not paying us back our security deposit ..She is saying another representative of land lord has it..he says no.. we are at a loss now..

All problems in one building. You name it, cockroaches, maintenance, plumbing, etc. etc. Try to stay away if you are planning to buy or rent an apartment here.

They have gym but all the equipments are damaged, equipments without seat , damaged long bar etc...

3 years back it was good.After 2018 the management company was not taking care of anything. Corridors are dirty most of the time.ACs airflow are really bad.Bad smells most of the time in corridors . Cockroaches are everywhere in corridors.The trash rooms windows were broken, it took them months to fix them. Very bad building I dont recommend it.Even parking basements are super super dirty, if you clean your car today and park it there, next day it will be dirty/ and full of dust.The people who are responsible for the building are very rude.Elevators are not clean.I asked why, they said that only one person is responsible for the cleaning for the whole building.

It is a very good place with a lot of entertainments. It is a place of good vibes.I have never seen a good building like this!!!
