Really horrible service! I bought a laptop which is Thinkpad x1 Carbon 7th gen but they sent to me 6th gen and try every method to fool me like (the processor is i7 8th gen and they said it was 8th gen laptop.) It is really misleading especially for whom are not that familiar with specifications of laptop! And now they finally collected the wrong item but they refused to refund saying i have opened the item?? How can i know if i dont open it?? Really rediculous and they are not trustworthy!

Bought a laptop via Noon. Seems a good product, but sadly, once the charging unit became faulty and I needed an new one they were not helpful or interested. They wanted to take back the laptop and the charger for 30 days. As I have programmes installed and needed it for work, I had to buy a new charger myself. Not good enough

Worst laptop - keeps shutting down automatically- when asked for warranty they guy I spoke to stated that that this was not covered in that warranty! All the internal parts were replaced- dont order from them please

Dont trust them. They list their items on Noon while they dont have stock of it, you will wait and wait then the order will be cancelled and when you contact them they will offer you to pay more to get the item.. Not Trustworthy and noon should not deal with them

I ordered from NOON, they are sneaky, everything in the specs MENTIONED ON NOON was not how the lap top was, they had even had an account on it....DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.....NOT HONEST !!!!!!

Such a big waste of time. Called and ask for a laptop with specific specs, they werent very helpful in giving the useful info, we were chatting on WhatsApp but after sometime they would read my texts but not reply back. Very poor customer service 👎
