First of all its a HP authorised service centre for commercial laptops.If you have a personal laptop then dont go there, they cant repair. Foto Ensure Service.Anyway their service seems good.

I contacted Metra related HP service, good experience, I got support from them for HP laptops, printers and plotters, technicians are well experienced, they will provide onsite support qithin with ensured time period.

My first experience with metra was pathetic. When i have given my laptop for servicing, they have disconnected the touchpad and I couldnt check because i was in a bit hurry. But the second time they have done it well.
