They treat you as a joke.Tuesday morning I’ve asked for a business card with rose gold foil print to be delivered on Thursday. As it was a last min request I’ve reconfirmed few times in writing that it will be ready by Thursday. They confirmed. The artwork was sent to me on Tuesday 11:30pm because the employee who was working on that was …AT THE GYM!!!Wednesday: there’s few back and forth as they don’t understand quality, alignment, correct font, etc. Finally finalized and approved.Still confirmed for Thursday.Wednesday night ,12 midnight a lady messaging me that she’s giving me OPTION TO CHOSE gold foil because they don’t have rose gold. I ask for discount as that’s not what we agreed - no. And no further response.Thursday when cards were to be delivered, 9 am the employee messages me:1. 3 working days for business card so not possible to do deliver today.2. You need to pick up or we extra charge you (not mentioned this before)3. Start telling me lies that I was late - while all the proof is in writing on WhatsApp.4. I’ve asked for a name and contact to the owner as he should know how his clients are being treated.No response. No response to my calls as well.Deserve zero stars.STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED A RELIABLE PRINTING SOLUTIONS.

I had given a business card print job to their representative named Irshad. My business card had an additional perforation requirement, which I confirmed with him three weeks in advance. After the agreement to process the order, there was no clear communication on what to expect when. There were Eid Holidays, so I was expecting a delay. But, on the day of delivery, I was told production is having issues and then radio silence. I had notified the importance of delivery beforehand. We had meetings lined up, and we needed business cards for the same.It was thoroughly unprofessional, and these kinds of experiences make you more cautious in future dealing, which is never good for business. Businesses should be able to trust each other, and this company does not seem to follow that philosophy. So, I would not recommend working with them if you are looking for a growth partner who values you back as a business.

Bad management, their employees are leading double business. I informed the manager about the illegal activity, he said so what?
