Unfortunately, as I don’t know how to design, my artworks for new juice labelling were incorrectly set up, but they were carefully reviewed by the team. Im Happy because I got my business card in 20 minis…. But there was some issue with the printout, the colour was not correct when I pick up. I spoke to Ganesh after going through the checks together with him, I realized the mistake was made by my designer. I wanted light Grey, but the designer provided them a mixture of CMYK which cause the print out to be yellowish. It was indeed printed correctly. As it was Digital print, there was nothing much he can do. He help me amend the soft copy and ask me to place the order with the new file the next time. Appreciate his kindness and sharing. Will be back for more prints :)

Good professional services. Color print A4 for 1.5 AED and B&W for 50 fils per page. Can share your documents through their email id or do it via your phone on a machine privately placed. Also validate parking for 2 hrs. Open till 12am.

Unprofessional lead staff members. Laid back and arrogant. The prices are around 15% above other competitors and branches but the quality is fair. They have frequent issues with machines, and sometimes results in inconsistent image fidelity.Perhaps trying another branch of the same print centre before choosing this particular shop.

Great service. Got A1s and stickers. They can improve cost of colored a4 print if quantity is more.

Apart from services that they provide twice I have encountered negative experience over the phone with a Philippino decent lady. Both times I called and felt that she was blunt and rushed. Today she hang up phone on me without goodbye or so. I still had another question to ask, but ... she seemed in rush.

I wouldnt recommend DESCO in I-Rise Tower. They give OVER-PRICED! and they dont have good service! Our office is in the same building and its so frustrating that they dont give a fair price even if you have bulk printing jobs. You can get the same print quality with the right price from other printing services. They are not worth every penny.BAD SERVICE! OVER-PRICE! Will not recommend to any one.

Not worth your time! Bad customer service, rude staff and dishonest about the quality of their work (specifically document copying). They accepted a job to copy a book of mine but they gave me a sub-standard grey colour print job. They were then justifying their position by saying you accepted our sample print which we showed you, the machine they have cannot copy and print black colour font and tht this is the industry standard. Which is ridiculous. I had a copy taken from my home printer which was better. After much mumbled complains in Tamil the only good thing they did was refunding my money. Be careful in dealing with these people !

Working very good and they have quick service results are fine but they are bit expensive if you are in hurry and you need urgent print out best place to go its in i rise tower just before carrefour mostly staff is Indian they have Philippine staff also

Good service if you are desperate. But the cards are very over priced. 500 business cards = 600aed. Well worth looking at other online options if you can wait for a day.

Rates are very economical in Tecom expensive area, services are very good and most important they are working 24/7.

They have the worst customer service and very bad management and no system of the pricing. Every time prices change and increases without any systemic way and each employee will give you different price based on his mood.
