Although DESCO is a convenient service, the one thing that deters us from using you is your staff! at each location we used your services, your staff lacks the communication skills, customer service competencies, and basic common courtesies needed by front line employees. they seem to be unmotivated, unenthusiastic, robotic in everything they do and borderline rude. when we greet them they dont reply and when we say thank you they totally ignore you. No one smiles, says thank you or you are welcome, they see work as a burden especially for big jobs, but most of all they are not happy people. please invest in customer service training or look into your company culture and employee engagement.

Very disappointed with the recent service we received from this branch, not only was there a commitment to finish by a specific time, which was quite evident the process was just started when I arrived, the wrong documents were printed, the attitude of the staff was extremely poor, on the basis this is a service the customer care is numb and void. Historically we have had good experiences with other branches of Desco, however this particular experience has led us to not using the service again. Hope this gets looked into and is resolved as a matter of urgency.

Fast and kind. Open 24/7 ... can print almost everything (also mug) and they accept order by email. What more to ask?

Best place to do your printing of any kind. This is my favourite location as it is 24/7 and there is RTA parking right in front if the shop entrance. Prices are reasonable.

Very low quality, more than 2 hours to print 16 stickers. And when I come to collect, the prints were not stored properly so the stickers were bent. There were holes in the printing, the ink that was supposed to be black looked more grey. They did not offer any help. If you are looking for professionals dont go there, this is worst quality than if I had printed at home.

This DESCO at Sheikh Zaed road has a bad service, and obviously doesn’t want to work for potential client. Two times I had a very bad experience with them. Instead I hardly recommend to go in the DESCO al Barsha
