I always enjoy browsing through their website and store.Recently, I bought a Shinobu (Demon Slayer character) figurine from their online store. At first, I bought it, but it was sold out. Customer service helped me with the refund. After awhile, the figurine was available again so I bought it. Customer service was kind enough to tell me about the box. It was a little damaged, but I didn’t mind at all. It’s just really nice to see a business be very honest about their products like this. Thank you!! Absolutely horrible experience in the store. Please do not purchase any product from them. I purchased a product with serious defects, was given a horrible hard time to return the item, and after the store owner agreed to refund me for the item I never got my money back and the merchant claims the product was never return. The not only took the product but the money of a honest client. Through the whole process I felt worthless, the staff is rude and treats with incredible disrespect. Never have I had a worst experience. They completely ruined my last day on Dubai.

Not the best prices, for example shiros pop up parade figure is 200 aed here while its at around 100 on other places, the only good thing about this place is the wide variety and thats pretty much it.

I think this is the best action figure shop Ive ever been to, this shop is like heaven for anime and comic fans, there is many popular anime action figures like one piece, dragon ball, jojo, bleach, gintama and naruto, also loved the harry potter corner, and there is a good collection of funko pops they have.In terms of prices, there are many affordable figures between 100-200 AED and there are the rare and expensive ones of course, will definitely visit again

The online store has bad customer service as with every order i run into problems with either they over book pre purchase items and dont inform you or they just dont deliver on the selected date. The physical store is much better

Bad customer service, i cant believe they are still companies that offer No refund for unopened returned items in 2019. Really disappointed, it makes the company seem greedy and once they take your money, they wont let go. Although I spoke to the store manager and to be fair he was polite, but like robots they cant do anything to satisfy their customers, I got a credit note for my return, which most probably will not use or shop there EVER again, I used to buy pop protectors from them but now Ill buy elsewhere mostly likely order it from the states will be half what they charge anyway.I am a small business owner, and my top priority is customer service, when my customers return items for a refund, we refund them no questions asked and guess what 80% of them end up buying something else and leave with a smile on their face.Not writing this for any response or action to be taken. Writing this for customer to be 100% sure they want the item they are getting, and know they are most likely paying double for it.
