If I can give 0 star I would have reverted to that. I bought expert model and had to fix it twice in less than 2 years and now it is not working again. I would not recommend this machine to anyone. Customer services and management careless about customer satisfaction and follow ups. They did not solve my problem and said that they will not exchange this machine. So I decided to look for another company that would care about its customers.

Very neat, you can taste the coffee flavour before you bye or try any coffee machine before you bye it.

Sales lady doesn’t know what she’s selling. They sold me the wrong type of capsule for my coffee machine and wouldn’t exchange it.

Coffee and machines are good, local e-commerce platform is one of the worst and glitchiest I’ve ever seen - money were withdrawn two times yet the order didn’t come through, offers never applied automatically and you have to call them every time. Guys, just hire some professionals already or collaborate with Noon or Amazon who know how to make it right

Lovely boutique with a lot of options. But my 5 star review mainly goes to Anthony who works there. Honestly the best sales person Ive ever seen! Hr gave us an AMAZING in-store experience, super professional and such a nice person!

Worst customer serviceSales assistant was rude, have never smiled ( been assisting me not first time), i had to get word by word about their new limited Christmas collection ( which I really wanted to buy and I definitely going to, in Dubai Mall) I had to repeat my phone number 3 times (as first 2 she got wrong, haven’t say sorry even once). Dubai Mall brunch it’s way more busy, but they still have an excellent service. Would never ever come back to MOE!!!

Worst service by staff named “Azeen”, she doesn’t have full knowledge of the products in the store, does not know what levels of intensity of the new launched coffee was at, and she could not look anymore disinterested in what she was doing. No smile, arrogant, and acted as if customers were begging to buy coffees from the store. Nespresso may not need to have their own boutiques at all, if this is the kind of customer service they decided to have. Might as well just have their pods in supermarket, customers would hav experiences better customer service than the ones they have in store.

Not a problem with the coffee taste or quality.. but this star is for the unproffesional customer service in Dubai Marina Mall were the staff today were too lazy to help or assist when i was buying new coffee boxes. Not something you usually face in other nespresso branches.

Worst customer service!This chic at the counter was behaving as if we are beggars and she is the owner of the mall. No smile no reply to our humble good evening. And throws back the change at us! Very sad and regretful to see a nespresso employee doing this!
