My favorite iced Spanish in Dubai, never disappoints. Good options of pastries & cakes as well. We ordered Cappuccino, Iced Spanish, Cortado & Victorian sponge cake. Atmosphere is great.

I absolutely loved the minimalist interior and would come back for that. Their coffee is good but on par with most coffee shops in DIFC. They didn’t have coconut milk which is a shame, so I hope they increase their milk variety soon. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience!

The V60 i ordered is over extracted and also for the iced El Salvador V60. I suggest to re-do calibrate the Beans. overall, place quite good to have a coffee and relax.

The list assembly is just a lie.... according to to the list my name was at the top of it. But, I stood outside for 1.5 hrs waiting and seeing people entering the shop and sitting. I asked the person in charge of the list and asked him why are these people entering and sitting he kept mumbling words that are not in the English language and stuff that didn’t make any sense. I asked for the owner’s phone number but they refused. I hope the owner sees this review. Please make your adjustments and give people their rights when entering your coffee shop.

Hands down this the best spot in Dubai to have an AMAZING coffee.

My review will have couple of points:1- very bad customer service due to very unorganized staff2- they say they have a “waiting list” though they are TOTALLY not committed to it.3- VERY rude customer service.Btw: i tried to be as nice as i can be with the above review.

Cafe decorations and atmosphere is excellent, I ordered flat white, milk steaming is worest its just like heated milk not a barista work, I requested to change it and they refused.

A very un organized coffee which put you on a waiting list and not follow it! iv been waiting outside for an hour and a half for nothing while the staff call other customers from their car!

Worst customer service ever. The employees are rude for no reason, they let people who came after us were seated before us, when we asked the employee where we could rate the service he said we cant and that there aren’t any managers or anywhere we could review the service. And the employees keep standing by our table so we leave faster although we didnt even sit for an hour, its no the first time for them to act this way, they did not talk to us in a respectful way otherwise we wouldn’t have been bothered. I would not recommend anyone supporting a business with employees that are this rude. Many other cafes in Dubai with much better service and more deserving of our money and time.

I loved the interior of the coffee shop, however the parking situation is very inconvenient I had to walk all the way to the coffee shop. I tried their flat white, and it tasted so so good and I also got their peanut butter cookies I’ve already tried it before because they sell it in a different coffee shop it was also very delicious! Would recommend a visit.

This place is amazing, the interior is so beautiful, the location is great, its the only speciality coffee in DIFC, they have amazing selection of sweet and savory bites. The coffee is just great.But, in my recent visits i have chosen the couches because they are comfier than the wooden chairs.I have noticed that the staff keep watching me and my friends all the time, it felt uncomfortable, then one of them asked us not to put our coffee on the couch, it was weird but we said okay we’re not planning to put the coffee on it anyway, its not something we would do.In my next visit. They were really rude, The lady was also watching us the whole time, she impolitely came and moved my handbag from the couch and placed it on a chair. I told her i will move it myself, she ignored me and moved all the other bags as well. Then one of the staff came and ask me not to put coffee on the couch again. We said we were not planning to, its not a normal thing to do...... it really started to get annoying every now and then they come to check on the couch. I wanted to get something out of my bag so i grabbed it from the chair and put it next to me, then the lady came impolitely to move it again and put it back on the chair. No one is allowed to touch my belongings whatsoever, i was really annoyed and i told her ill move it myself, she said impolitely this is a white couch don’t put anything on it.It was busy, we didn’t wanna make it a big deal.I believe that the guests are not kids. I also believe that i have visited a coffee shop not a furniture store. And they are not allowed to touch my belongings without my permission. It felt like they were waiting for us to leave. Most annoying staff ever.Place them as a decoration if you’re too scared and stop annoying your guests. It was unpleasant experience, i have contacted the cafe through dm on Instagram they have ignored my messages on purpose, obviously 🙄I’m not sure i’ll be visiting this place again specially after my last visit. 👎🏻 got same review from a random friend on social media that the place is beautiful but the staff are mean. Another friend of mine told me exactly the same comment. 👎🏻

Coffee is good but overpriced. We went on a Friday morning when they had a photo shoot happening and were not welcoming at all. Infact stopped us from entering. Also no social distancing tables outside are extremely close.

Nice place. Just disappointed about the price, knowing the wifi is not working ( and connecting to difc wifi was not working). AC was freezing too. And you have to pay for the parking if you stay more than 1h ..

Beautifully Crafted Concept, Excellent Service, and well balanced, tasty Coffee & Desserts. While I would recommend to revise the manual brewing prices, as AED 45 is a but high.

The place is nice, the interior design is simple and sweet, the coffee and the choices of sweets are nice, but the treatment of the staff is very bad, especially in the matter of their keenness on the mealsThe issue was very annoying. Any movement or any change made by women in our party watching us / commenting / changing the location of our bag 🤷🏻 ♀️ It bothered me very much, it is not comfortable
