Excellent service. Staff is polite and helping. They have healthy options their very berry smoothie (non dairy) is a must try. Their delicious Acai bowl made my day.

Carrot cake was incredibly moist and blueberry cheese cake was ultra-creamy with cream cheese.~ Cookies :The double chocolate and muesli cookies were huge and had loads of flavour which were a perfect snack with coffee. I was enamoured by the chewy texture of oats.~ Coffee :They have wide varieties of premium coffees. All the coffee lovers know the joy of being served a cup of coffee with incredible art design on top.The ambience is very relaxing with comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and attentive. The service is amazing and so is the coffee and breakfast. Its reasonably priced but filling as well.

The coffee in Jamaice blues Vienna black is absolute loveliness. The problem is the cream which is different in quality than the one they used few months ago. This similarily happened with Starbuckss Frappuccinos cream years ago. The creams quality in the country is generally isnt as good as its overseas counterparts (lots of preservatives and the milk isnt top notch to begin with), and my guess is that brands are cutting cost by using local means rather than shipping the brand-chosen milk/cream/powder.

Average Service. It took them 15 mins just to take our order. The staff looked unmotivated. They mixed up our coffees. We used the entertainer and were therefore happy that we didn’t have to pay full price for this service.

Service is bad, you dont get what order. We asked for the Avocado smash with maple bacon and got something different. I returned my food and asked for money back. No where on there photo it shows tomatoes and we must get it and there was a very very thin spread of avo on the bread, no smash as per the photo and menu. Also, why is there all the tomatoes on the plate and none on the picture.Do not recommend and will not returnThe manager also tried to explain that their food does not look the same at the pictures on the menu... That sounds like false advertising to me

Chilled place for a coffee

Angelo at festival plaza is probably the most friendly person I have met this year so far. A great example of service excellence shown through patience, empathy and an understanding for putting customers first. Also must say the sandwich was awesome. Keep it up.

The waitress was very unwelcoming, she passed the menu from far whilst doing something else then she was hardly answering our questions whilst preparing some herbs away with her back turned to us. When we decided to leave she gave a big smile as she felt very happy we are not making her busy at morning time. Jamaica Blue, beware how your staff driving the show here

I liked their breakfast but it cant get a 5-star just because it isnt a 5-star restaurant. Otherwise, great place for breakfast!

Nice place. We had breakfast and coffee. Coffee is good. But breakfast was not as expected, hash brown was like mash potatoes.

I loved their coffee, full body, no bitterness, creamy, I was in their branch in Ibn Batoota. I found there is a branch in Media City, that is close to my, but its temporary closed. I dont go to Ibn Batoota that much.

The coffee is nice but the pastry is old and not fresh- maybe made with low quality oil or butter ( it tasted animal fat )

Not recommeded,, not going to eat from Jamaica blue again,,, i ate dine-in big breakfast, it came very late after 20 min, even though the place were half filled with people,, the omelet egg came very cold and the food was warm not hot, i told the waiter to make it hot and he didnt even apologize, after 2 min, he bring the food and the egg was warm not even hotI wont eat in this restaurant again

Its a cozy small shop inside ibn batuta mall . They serve coffee and delis . Their coffee is very good , location is really nice and cozy . I recommend it if you are already inside the mall and looking for a quick break .
