Located inside the Kempinski Hotel in the Mall of the Emirates adjacent to the Lobby with an entrance to the Mall of the Emirates close to Dubai Ski Dubai.The staff were friendly and helpful, although it took longer than usual to get served this morning. However, I rate this cafe five-star without hesitation. Today I had an extended breakfast meeting, the food was well presented, exactly what I ordered and cooked to perfection (as one would expect in such an establishment).Having dined in the Aspen cafe a number of times before over the last 5 years or so, it was no less than Ive come to expect. On the expensive side, nevertheless the dining experience was more than satisfactory.

It has been a very long time since I’ve received service like this in Dubai. Amal and her colleagues were absolutely incredible! During a time where there is so much restaurant competition having service like this makes it stand high above the rest! Can not recommend Aspen lounge enough. My friend and I just booked for the Valentine’s afternoon tea as we’d seen it online and thought it would be something nice to do instead of a regular afternoon tea. It was incredible but can’t stress enough it was the staff that made our experience. Will 100% be back. It will be my new ‘go too’!

I came here many times. That was awesome before, however this time, I arrived here at 5:58pm and order the afternoon tea as usual. And I was told I should order it half hour before, which is not reasonable or acceptable. It you wish you customers order before 5:30 then simply mentioned 3-5:30 instead.And the staff who is serving us is awful.Afterwards, I talked to one experienced waitress who said of course I can order…Wired experience with Kempinski globally.

We were 6 ppl and one of our friends leaving the county for good instead of having a good time with her in nice place a way from the mall.this waitress give us a bad time with her attitudeShe was soo rude.The order and the bill took ages.The food was so good by the way but we didn’t enjoy it because of this waitress.

It was my first time in aspen, I went there based on other Zomato reviews mentioning how welcoming and friendly their staff is.I tried their afternoon tea which was well explained by the server Named Amal, she was a sweetheart to meet, she made the experience so much more enjoyable. On my request she even gave me extra mini cookies 😁 which were delicious. Loved the food too. A complete afternoon tea experience☕️. Will definitely come back specially for Amal and good too😜

I tend to rate our experience with 2 stars, but as it was our choice to have two pieces of cake (Carrot cake and Pistachio fudge) and a Cappuccino I only can say that this was the wrong choice. (In my opinion extremely overpriced (why did we choose to have cake?????). The cake did not at all meet our expectations. Frustration equals a 1 star rating. And considering the price - again - I tend to rate our experience with less than 3 stars. But there was nothing wrong with the Lobby Lounge itself. It is spacious and not too loud although it can get busy depending where you choose to sit. Staff is attentive. I very much did like the tableware. You easily can access to the Mall of Emirates.

Amazing place at Aspen Cafe.I am traveling in Dubai,I went to visit the Mall of Emirates and while I was there, I visited the Aspen coffee shop at Kempinski hotel since I wanted to have a nice tea.I truly recommend you visit the Aspen and I hope you are so lucky to find there to Ms. Amal who took care of my family and I. She is very kind recommend us what to drink; she is amazing and very friendly coming with some extra homemade pastes for my tea. Aspen service (all the staff there) is 10 over 10.Nice place to have lunch, coffee, delicious afternoon tea with homemade cakes and cookies.

I’ve had an excellent cappuccino and tiramisu here. Amal is a fantastic server, very friendly and tries to make sure you have a good experience. If you’re in the mall or staying at Kempinski check it out!Just be aware that they can get rather understaffed so wait times may become extended, from my experience.

Lovely location and ambience with good though expensive food. But the service let us down badly in a near-empty restaurant. They forgot our juices, my eggs benedict came cold and we couldnt find anyone to order coffee or dessert. Visit if you are looking for a quiet place for dinner with lots of time to spare.

Very professional staff, food is delicious and they have healthy options, great choice of herbal teas and desserts (they have dedicated counter nearby). Live music is non intrusive. The only watch-out is seat selection: try to select table further from isle if you want to avoid noise and people passing by too close to table

We went for afternoon tea at Aspen in the Kempinsky. The food was of good quality, but I cannot recommend the service more, it was truly outstanding. Our hostess Amal was impeccable, from the minute we stepped through the door. She was incredibly caring, thoughtful and attentive! A definite must for afternoon tea

I don’t like the lounge because of the location. It has no view and people who go to the mall have to pass from it. But Amal is a great host. She is very active and tries to make sure that everybody is getting what they need and makes them feel very welcomed.

Nice, delicious, but a bit on the pricier side

Had an Afternoon Tea with my family and it was such a wonderful experience. Amal who is serving us was so pleasant and accommodating. She is an absolute star! We enjoyed the food and coffee is very good. Cant wait to come back.

Alma was an excellent server. Very thorough and pleasant. The pan fried salmon could possibly be the best salmon Ive had in Dubai in the past four years. An overall delightful meal!

We had afternoon tea in aspen restaurant first of all I would like to thanks Amal for her service and warm hospitality It was beyond expectation from Kempinski chain second place was clean and save staff wearing mask and gloves also sanitizer on the table.

Tried to have an afternoon tea at Aspen. However no one was available to lead me to a table after waiting for a while. Then a staff gestured me to take a seat myself using HER CHIN?! WOW! I was lost for words ...obviously I left immediately.

Hotel lobby, nothing to rate here more than 3 stars. Service was good, very friendly. Just had a cappuccino there in the afternoon, there was no music and no special ambience.

I really like the afternoon tea set with 4 pots of tea. The coffee is also great. The service staff who helped us also gave us the most moderate ordering suggestions. The deliciousness of coffee macarons is the champion.

Very nice cafe, next to the lobby of the Kempinsky hotel, with a separate entrance from the Emirates Mall in Dubai, practically next to Sky Dubay, where beginner skiers ride)))). In the cafe itself, various desserts are quite presented, and in a relatively cool atmosphere you can enjoy coffee or hot tea with mint after a long shopping trip, which are presented on three floors from ordinary to luxury, which is just tiring (((, so a sip of tea or coffee at Aspen Cafe will be very useful)))
