This place is a one stop shop if you are a coffee enthusiast. They also happen to be the official dealer for Acaia. This is how we found them. They happen to have many coffee accessories and at the right price. They are also very knowledgeable about the products that they have. This has been my goto place for any coffee equipment and would highly recommend them. Dont be fooled by their location. Once you enter the shop, its a whole new world.

Updated review:Interaction with the manager on WhatsApp turned out to be a disaster. I bought equipment for around 1000 dirhams for home use when I came to the store in August and he knows it. I was asking about a grinder and was willing to buy one for 3-5k dirhams. When I asked him about the models available, he barely responded back. When I asked about pricing of certain models, he said they’re not in stock. I asked him to still give me the price and I’m willing to wait for the stock to come in to buy from them. He refused and told me to ask elsewhere. Thankfully there are two online websites that sell a lot of espresso machine accessories so you won’t need to go through this dreadful service. Just google a popular accessory name along with Dubai, and the websites will show up. Too bad a lot of accessories were out of stock when I was buying. Won’t go through this company again.Original review:They have everything you’ll need for your espresso machine or brewing needs and at great prices!Salesman is knowledgeable on the equipment and gives advice. However one of the salesman did not know my ECM machine and did not know whether a bottomless portafilter will fit, so all salesman should have a quick look at the espresso machines available.Unfortunately, one of two of the porcelain cups I bought looked used. When I confronted the manager on WhatsApp, he said he’ll be glad to replace it but I’ll have to go to the store. I kindly requested if anyone from the store lives or will be near my area, since the store is 30 minutes away and very far from town but the manager wasn’t helpful in this aspect. Very unfortunate.
