Beautiful shop ! amazing customer service from Abed

More expensive than the brand store itself. Purchased from here an Elisabetta Franchi dress for AED 3490 (Euro 796). I was told its a new collection so no sale is possible. I later went to Elisabetta Franchis official website (wich deliveres for extra charge) to find the same dress on sale for €455 and the original price €650.Unfortunately I was in the airport and couldnt go back to return the item, but I contacted the sales man Abedd. He sounded shocked and asked me to send him the exact website where I found the dress. When he later sent a voice message saying that the brands official website is fake (which is not), I realized that VAO storea policy is fooling customers. Disappointed!

The other stores have a better selection and the customer service is here wasn’t very nice . The selection is bland check out the other stores since they have really good customer service and a better choice of brands.

Great store, easy to access , have all luxury brands from Fendi, Valentino, Jimmy Choo, Chloe, and many more.. staff are friendly and always go extra miles. I wanted to buy a pair of Valentino but size was not available, they requested it from other store and deliver it to my house in same day.. it is definitely my store whenever i want to do shopping

I met Alexander Vauthier in person during his visit of VAO Concept store in City Walk this November 2019. He is a hard working Designer, I could tell. He came to dubai only for 2 days. He says unfortunately he has no time to stay longer as he has to attend to his business. I am in love with his collection. He does have a unique taste in womens dressing.

As a regular guest at shop, today I had very very bad and terrible experiences at the CASHIER JUST now, the old lady named ROUMINA gave me a very bad and unprofessional attitude, seemed like I owe her sth, I am good educated Chinese, I didnt say anything. But I want do conplain on her becoz she was very bad cashier. No hello no goodbye
