This looks like a strange story! I had a phone call from Mr. Ronaldo Kalema and he told me that I bought a suite and two shirts 4 years go and sent for tailoring the you forget to collect them all these years! I went there and presented my mobile and name and received it from Kayode Abidoye and Kate Maglantay and all of them were very friendly and professional. It is quite honest to call me after 4 years but I asked them the call could have been done early, anyway the suite is out of fashion but nice because its line stopped so unique and thanks to Brands.

The store lady manager was very rude, She dont know the basic of customer service. I was a regular customer and really hated the behaviour and No more shopping with Brands

Nice place with Affordable prices, also the staff are very helpful specially REHAM she’s amazing girl, very cheerful and smart as well she knows how to sell professionally she helped us a lot. We’ll definitely suggest the place to all our friends!!

My experience with the probably south Indian lady at reception in Deira city center was very bad she shouted at me and very rude in handling customers. Customer service is really bad

Kayode is a good sales guy,he didnt allow us to leave the store without buying.he is worth for your store.also he helped a lot to alteration.over all good service.

They have good collections and promos in the store however, after sales support is poor. More importantly, the staffs are very rude and unfriendly after purchase. Ive only found the African support staff to be very helpful and respectful to customers.
