I spent 4000 aed total at the store, 500 aed on a balenciaga mask, it breaks after 2 hours of use and then after returning to the store they refuse to give a refund on the faulty mask provided. Causing many problems when I spent 4000 they don’t even offer me a new mask or refund and waste my time. 500 aed for a mask that breaks after 2 hours!!! Made in Italy no way! Made in China. Rude and no help branch manager.

I bought a balenciaga shoes from mall of emirates and i ddnt use it that much and the white color in less than month began to turn abit yellow when i went to the ukranian or rusian lady there she didnt tell me they have after sales service and the other branches told me that they have after sales service and i ddnt expect that from balenciaga boutique to hire like these ppl!
