Terrible experience. I do not recommend this tailor. Replaced a zip on some dress pants then the zip broke when I tried them on. Took them back for replacement and wouldn’t replace without charging the same price. Told me faulty product and poor workmanship was not their problem...

Horrible customer service! I had two suits made and it took a very long time for the final product to be completed. Once it was finished, I was not thrilled with the product but I was leaving town and had to take them with. Once I tried them on again, I found the quality was not good and they didnt fit properly. On my travels I not once wore them. Upon my arrival back in Dubai, the tailor stated I gained too much weight and I would have to pay for alterations. She was incredibly rude and even took the time to pull out her chart and show me that I was now not the same size. The service is cold and unwelcoming and the products are awful! DO NOT GO HERE!

All my garments fit perfectly after visiting them. I’d definitely recommend them for any alterations or any of your tailoring needs.

Professional service and prices are more than fair for the work. And they know their craft. I’ve been to a few tailors that clearly don’t know what they’re doing. This isn’t them. These guys are great.

Im rewriting this review, after collecting items. Ordered 2 school pants, one turned out alright (tad bit short) after 2 or 3 painful trials. The other one turned out horrible. Staff asks for 100% prepayment, probably because the quality is very low and many customers request refunds. I have no idea how the store stays open with such low quality services. I would recommend to stay as far away as possible from this tailor. Im severely disappointed. I wasted not only money on transportation, but also valuable time. The prices do not include VAT for some reason. DO NOT THINK ABOUT VISITING.

Professional and knowledgeable staff, its a pleasure to work with them. Reshma is always there for the advice. They support your ideas, their team can make a dress as per the photo from the runway :) thank you very much for number of beautiful dresses I own now :)My husband had to do suit alternation, came out with a perfectly fitted suit! In a very short time period. Thumbs up :)

Extremely pleased with services. I am regular to the point that past 2 months i m there giving items for ample amount of alterations on a WEEKLY basis. And I must say, I have never ever been dissapointed. In a nutshell, 100 percent Happy :)

Waist of time and money. Gave them 6 shirts to shorten them, they cut from the front and left the back, what a waist of time!!!Due to short of time, I will fly tomorrow to my annual vacation and instead of enjoying my time I will waist more time finding a tailor to fix the crappy job they did.ZERO VALUE FOR MONEY.

A simple repair could not be done properly. If you have really nice clothing better take else where.

I have been a regular customer with them for over 2 years now. They made many of my office wadrobe staples. Slightly expensive but worth the money for the perfect tailored fit, professional service and attention to detail. Highly recomend them.

This is the first time I have used this tailor. I gave 10 items to be tweaked; which I thought was rather expensive at nearly AED 700, which I had to pay a 50% prepayment for (they said that actually usually a 100% prepayment is required). Upon collecting the items, I was happy with the work, with exception to one jumper that I had given them to sow the snags. I explained that I could still see the snags despite them trying to fix it, and that I would not wear the jumper with it still looking like this. She said that is the best they could do; I said that I wished someone had managed my expectations as the jumper is still unwearable and that I shouldnt be expected to pay for this particular item. She said, in that case, she will unsew the snags and give it back! I have never heard such an immature response to a complaint in my life! Incredulous, I told her to keep the jumper and give it to charity. She swiftly agreed to keep it! I will never revisit this tailors again and this is the WORST service I have received in Dubai yet. Save your dirhams and go elsewhere!

Ive used this place a lot over the past 3 to 4 years and have found them consistently professional, friendly and reasonably priced.

Maybe not the cheapest tailoring but quality of work is good.

UNPROFESSIONAL. I’d rate them negative stars for Customer Service as this is non existent at all. I am extremely disappointed as they are NOT WILLING to help. First time I see a so-called Tailor shop with such horrible service.

From minor alterations to major bespoke tailoring and customization of outfits, there could not have been a better place than Tailormade. The ownsers Jigna and Reshma pay attention to detail and take tesonsibility of the work they do. I definitely would reccomend people to try out their custom tailoring services that are affordable, high in quality and delivered well within time.

Awful experience. Overpriced. Poor job. Poor customer service. You have to pre-pay so even if youre not satisfied at the end youre not going to get your money back. Save yourself the aggravation and the money and go down to Dream Girls in Satwa which I was too lazy to do and now regretting massively.

Nearly sent clothes there. ended up going to tailor in Deira. Their services are pricey , I guess they have no choice as rental is super expensive in JLT.
