I came at 11.30 pm to drop my clothes to be tailored. She was so rude and told me we are closing. Even though it clearly states that they close at midnight. She just didn’t want to work. Very disappointed. The staff needs to work on her behavior. Not welcoming at all. Very bad attitude.Your reply is all false. We never asked what time you closed. Because we already knew that you were closing at midnight. She is obviously lying to protect herself.We just said we are dropping clothes. She replied she doesn’t have time for it rudely And left us. Do you really think I would trust someone like this with my clothes.She is not professional at all and someone should monitor her attitude towards clients.

Overall the quality of their work is not too bad.But the staff / employees are so rude and not helpful especially their manager, when I mentioned that the service is so expensive and the fact that theyre charging more than the price of the actual T-shirt, the manager folded the T-shirt and put it back in the bag and went inside (this was very rude).Theyre also VERY VERY EXPENSIVE compared to other good tailors.To conclude, I dont recommend it at all.Reply #1: Also, they just replied to my review with a lie... I dont want to dig into the details. But still the manager was DISRESPECTFUL.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I first used their service a few years back in Merkato branch and later in other branches. I am so impressed that through the years they have upheld their standards. Love this service, congrats to the owner and staff, I will be back again and thanks for that amazing work on my jacket sleeves!

I Used their home service, they came on time, service was professional and friendly. and my alterations came spot on!A bit pricy but it’s totally worth it! it saved my time and saved me from going back and forth to SatwaTotally recommended!

Im not happy with the result at all. I gave my favorite dress to remove little bit of fabric under my arms so I can feel more free while moving.After I received my dress back and tried it on I saw that the way they removed the fabric (I asked about 1,5 cm) my dress doesnt sit good on me. The fabric near a my shoulders goes forward and not fitting my figure any more.Absolutely disappointed as I dont like the way I look in this dress any more. I will never go back for their services again.I understand your feedback is only for other potential customers to see that you are providing a good service. But see the dress is not wearable any more! Whatever your person offered will not solve it.

First time I have used these guys. Had a pair of trousers altered them using Express service as I needed them on the same day. The service was great and the quality of a high standard. I recommend them.

I am very detailed and meticulous about my clothes and whoever touches them. I went to Tailor & Tweak and met Angie. She completely guided the entire experience and knows exactly and precisely what she is doing.I have never been so happy then I am with this tailor and experience! One pair of pants I even said I would be fine with but Angie felt the situation and insisted they make one more minor tweak (pun intended) to ensure I was happy.They were on time and never over promised. All they did was over deliver. I have more clothes now to take to them and I am so happy I found a tailor I can rely on and trust! You really get what you pay for! Do not go cheap and get tailors who claim they know what theyre doing. A lesson learned!

I don’t normally like putting reviews but the tailors did such a great job with my alterations. I took in a jacket, dress and a few mendings. Everything was perfect. Great service. Highly recommend them.

I got the best service at Tailor and Tweak at the Mall of the Emirates for my black tuxedo jacket that would have been otherwise ruined due to a cigarette burn. They tenuously hid the burn at the sleeve of the jacket and now it is as good as new. Will definitely use them again!
